NOTIFICATION

Sub: Photocopy of the answer scripts

Consequent to decentralisation of the evaluation of answer scripts at 6

different locations- viz Delhi, Chennai, Patna, Pune, Lucknow & Guwahati,
the activities relating to photocopy of answer scripts of term-end examinations
will be handled at the respective evaluation centres.

The Application Form for obtaining photocopy of the answer scripts will be
submitted by the students to the respective evaluation centres under whose
jurisdiction the examination centre falls as per the details given below within
45 days from the date of declaration of result on the IGNOU web-site.

attached. The contents of this Notification will be effective from Dec.2009
term-end examination onwards.
