M
oving to a management position related to other colleagues in the
same organization sometimes creates confusions and lack of
control over the post assigned as the higher managerial authority.
Routine attendance to the office and sharing same types of view changes
over time when one becomes the supervisor of others from the same
level. The responsibilities as well as the communication increases to the
higher authority as one moves to the higher post. To manage the human
emotional problems according to the previous relationship developed
among the colleagues may sometimes derail the new supervisor. Avoiding
a long time relationship is harder for anyone because a friendly
relationship builds through days. So, when they are moving to the
supervisory positions they fail to establish the supervisory power over
their previous colleagues.

A
ccording the text theories the outsider can be easy solution to
retain the higher managerial position to control subordinates in the
same department. Clashes will be less in that outside recruitment of
higher level of managers. But internal recruitment with the proper aid of
training can lead the entire organization to the destination of a most
suitable orientation to get the full performance of the leader and his or her
subordinates as a team. The internal recruited already knows the
performance of colleagues, how they will react to a management decision
and how to control the situation from the most experienced way, as the
present supervisor was the part the whole team when they had responded
to the internal management decisions to get the organization to highest
possible stage. Possibilities to get through the demanded authoritative
mechanisms of the entire organization could go up like anything if the
managers get the proper leadership training in a long time process to lead
the organization from a most experienced view.
