 PREFACE
As pollution is increasing day by day, it is
becoming a great health hazard. It is the
root cause of many fatal diseases like
asthma, bronchitis, lung cancer…
It is also causing depletion of ozone layer
which causes arrival of UV rays on earth
which in turn causes skin diseases.
So it has become quite difficult to live in
such a polluted city, so there is a
requirement of such a city whose pollution
level is low in comparison to other cities to
save human life and our planet too.

Answer to above problem is

CARBON CITY
 THEORY

This city is divided in three levels which are at

different heights.
These three levels are :
 Industrial area
 Residential area
 Solar energy conservation area

Industrial Area:
This area is the lowest level of the city. All the
industries of the city are located in this area
only. This area is surrounded by dense green
belt that reduces the pollution created by
various industries. All the waste products
produced by the industries as well as residents
is treated here in a pollution free plant.
It is connected to above residential area by a
flyover. Airport is also located in this region.

There is also a rain water harvesting plant
which fulfills the water requirements.

Residential Area:
This is the mid level of the city situated above
the industrial area. All the residences are
concentrated in this region. This region is also
surrounded by dense green belt which
prevents the area from the pollution created by
industries. There is also a helipad in this
region which is used to connect all the three
levels. Some houses of this area also conserve
rain water.

Solar Energy Conservation Area:

This is the topmost level of the city where
solar energy is conserved by means of solar
panels. There is a concentrator which
concentrate the radiations of sun on the solar
panels. This energy is used to fulfill the
electricity requirement of the city.

CONCLUSION
This was the plan of a city which is nice to
live in, with less pollution, less health hazards
and such a great ecofriendly environment.
Dense green belt of this city is helping in
preventing different kinds of pollution like air
pollution, soil pollution and soil erosion too.
