Single Source Responsibility

Most floor companies will delegate the installation process to sub-contractors
or middlemen, but not at Polymer International. We do the work ourselves with
our own full-time crews. All machines are fully owned by our company and
most importantly, POLYGARDTM range of floor and wall coatings are manufactured
in-house. From raw material to finished floor, you deal directly with Polymer
International and are guaranteed a single source warranty on product and
workmanship.

Turnkey Installation
More than just a quality product, an efficient, speedy installation is equally
critical. Using the most advanced techniques and equipment, our floors are
installed in the shortest time possible, in order to minimize your factory
downtime.

Strict Assessments
Before the job begins, all your flooring problems are analyzed, and suitable
systems recommended to suit your needs. From the condition of your substrate,
to your manufacturing processes and exposure factors, up to the final inspection
of your newly installed floor, Polymer International’s dedicated sales and operation
team assures you get the right floor or wall system in order to protect you from
costly long-term repairs.

FloorCare Program
Premature floor failures can be costly and time consuming to any industry.
Which is why at Polymer International, we’ve developed the FloorCare service
program. Like equipment that needs regular servicing, a well-installed floor
also need regular attention to prolong its service life. With the FloorCare
program, inspections by our in-house coating inspectors are done at regular
intervals to your factory so that we can identify any irregularities and
recommend suitable solutions to keep your floor or wall systems in good
condition thereby minimizing costly long-term repairs.

Epoxy Self-Leveling Floor
Toppings
The POLYGARDTM SLT epoxy floors
series are self-leveling epoxy toppings
filled with inert aggregates. Solventless
and safe, these seamless floor toppings
are applied in thicknesses from 1 to
3mm for varying degrees of traffic
and durability. Suitable for areas
requiring an ultra smooth, impervious
finish that is seamless, durable and
easy to maintain. It is excellent for
clean rooms, laboratories, hospitals,
electronic and computer assembly
plant and areas with light vehicular
traffic or anywhere else where dust
particle count is critical.

Epoxy Mortar Floor Toppings
The POLYGARDTM MTX epoxy mortar
floors series is designed for use in
heavy-duty applications and offered
in thicknesses of 5mm to 10mm.
POLYGARDTM MTX floor systems are
durable, hard-wearing and seamless,
thus providing a hygienic and easy to
maintain surface. POLYGARDTM MTX
offers outstanding protection in heavy-
duty applications such as loading bays,
work platforms and wet production
areas in food and beverage
manufacturing plants, chemical
processing plants, computer and
electronic plants, plating areas, printing
and packaging, and aircraft and
aerospace industries.

Monolithic Self-Leveling Epoxy
Floor Toppings
The POLYGARD TM SLM floor series
combines the flatness properties of
a self-leveling system and the
toughness of a mortar system.
Designed specifically for heavy-duty
applications, this single application
epoxy system is available in a wide
range of finishes from smooth to
textured finish for slip resistance
benefits. Ideal for food processing
areas, chemical processing areas,
and other heavy-duty areas in
breweries, water fabrication plants,
electronics, aircraft and aerospace,
printing and packaging industries.
POLYGARDTM CRE
Chemical Resistant Epoxy
Toppings
POLYGARDTM CRE offers a range of
modified epoxies and nouvolac
toppings to cater for protection of
substrates against extreme chemical
exposures. Ranging from 1.5mm to
6mm, these systems are individually
tailored to cater to different traffic
conditions, chemical concentrations
and exposures and operating
temperatures. Common applications
of these systems include battery
manufacturing, waste water
treatment, plating areas, chemical
sumps, drains and tanks, chemical
cleaning processes in all industries.

Self-Leveling Broadcast Epoxy
Floor Toppings
The POLYGARD TM SLB floor series
features topping thickness ranging
from 1mm to 6mm, and utilizes
optimum binder to filler
configurations to produce
impervious, tough, durable, non-
slip floors. They are suitable for
areas requiring extreme abrasion
resistance, impact resistance, and
slip and chemical resistance.
Suitable for wet food processing,
plating areas, walkways, working
platforms, loading bays, ramps,
traffic aisles in all industries.
POLYGARDTM VSL
Epoxy and Vinyl Ester Linings
POLYGARDTM VSL series is designed
for tough chemical environments.
Available in a wide range of
reinforced resinous linings in epoxy
and vinyl ester formulations and
various glass reinforcement
configurations for various chemical
exposures. These high performance
systems are excellent for extreme
c h e m i c a l e x p o s u re s i n c l u d i n g
constant immersion conditions in
sumps, tanks, drains, bund walls,
washing areas and plating areas in
all industries.
 POLYGARDTM WEC POLYGARDTM PCS
Water Borne Epoxy Coatings Clear Concrete Sealers

POLYGARDTM WEC series of coatings are thin-film, water-
borne floor systems applied in two to three coats for light
traffic conditions. These eco-friendly epoxy coatings
contain no solvents and are ideal for applications in
hazardous environments, food plants and areas where
safety is critical. Ideal for use in light-duty areas in
pharmaceutical plants, hospitals, food processing plants
and warehouse industries.
POLYGARDTM PCS are clear sealers designed specifically
for sealing concrete. Available in epoxy and acrylic
formulations, these clear, thin film floor sealers are applied
in thicknesses of 75 to 100 microns. Suitable for use in
car parks, warehouses or anywhere else where a sealed,
dust proofed and easy-to-maintain finish is required.
