Accepting incident, problem and work order request ticket through Ticketing Tools and resolving the
tickets without missing the SLA.
Managing high priority servers which function as DFS Servers and scheduling the required migration,
whenever needed.
Handling the Global Groups and applying policies related to filers and other NFS Serves to manage the
user quotas.
Coordinating with the onsite team members for escalating deep technical support issues through mail,
