Cancellation Policy and Room Guarantee

 Cancellation must be notified 7 days prior for non-group individual bookings, and 2
months for group bookings. Cancellation fees will be imposed on those who did not
meet our requirements.
 For room guarantee by School Account, Cost centre and GL code is needed to secure the
booking.
 After sending the form, should you do not receive a reply within 3 working days, kindly call or
email us.
