submitted to OXFAM, GB project is under implementing by RRN (2006 to 2010).
Implemented participatory socio-economic situation analysis action research project in five VDCs of Banke
district in collaboration with plan international in 1997.
Prepared and submitted for funding Socio-economic rehabilitation projects to ILO, Kathmandu office and
European Economic Commission.
Implemented Kamaiya (bonded labor) rehabilitation projects in eight districts of Western Terai viz. Banke,
Bardiya, Dang, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Kapilbastu, Nawalparasi and Rupandehi.

2. Employment history
2.1 Nepal Programme Representative, Un Raggio Di Luce Onlus Fondazione (FURDL), Nepal, November 2008
to date
Overall responsible to annual planning of resources and services for the programme office in Nepal
Keep relationship with the concern authorities of Government of Nepal and international agencies operating
activity fields of the foundation.
Localize and implement the policies of the organization (programme, Personnel, and HR policies) of the
foundation in the context of Nepal.
Follow the strategies and directives in the Nepalese context and widen the space for collaboration
Ensure the regular assessment of local security situation, implementation of the Basic Operation Guidelines
(BOG) of international agencies working in Nepal.

2.2 Project leader of Livelihood Improvement for Vulnerable and Excluded (LIVE), Project Helvetas Nepal,
Birendranagar, Surkhet from February 2008 to October 2008, (project is implementing in Doti, Achham,
Jajarkot, Dailekha and Kalikot districts).
Implement and maintain policy of Helvetas Nepal in the project and partners level;
Overall programme management of the project activities: planning support to the local government bodies,
immediate livelihood support to the conflict affected households, planning and implementation of community
infrastructures, livelihood support to the vulnerable households through promotional activities of agriculture,

organizations, partner NGOs, line agencies and other development actors in mid and far western

Institutionalize participatory programme review and planning (PPRP), Livelihood Social Inclusion (LSI) and

Main Responsibilities
Implementation and maintain of programme policy of Helvetas Nepal at project level.
Overall management of on farm and off farm based micro-enterprise development programme and its

Strengthening high value agricultural products in Kailali and Kanchanpur districts of far west development

Main responsibilities
Desk officer of World Education supported “Jivan ra Jivika Program (Life and Livelihood: scholarship support,
vocational training, psychosocial counseling, livelihood support training for youth and widows, school
rehabilitation and parent teacher association (PTA) promoting activities )” for the children in conflict in six
districts viz. Sankuwasava, Bhojpur, Jhapa, Morang, Rolpa and Surkhet.
Contributed to rights-based advocacy, lobby and networking on the issues of the child rights, human rights,
rights of minorities and rights of disadvantaged section of the society.
Identifying issues and developed project concepts and proposals on the issues of natural resources
management, food security; sustainable livelihood and biodiversity conservation.
Preparing periodical qualitative and quantitative monitoring and performance reports of natural resources
management sector.
Providing technical support to district level project staff in implementation and management of the project and

Providing monitoring and backstopping services to project activities and staff through regular field visits.

ex-Kamaiyas and alternative livelihood and rehabilitation initiatives-PRO-KAMLHARI" implemented in eight
districts of western Terai (viz. Bardiya, Banke, Dang, Kailali, Kanchanpur, Nawalparasi, Rupandehi and
Kapilvastu)
Coordination with funding partner, project beneficiaries, government line agencies and other concerned
stakeholders for effective implementation and management of the project activities.
Planned, implemented and managed food for work activities of the project.
