As per the reference cited you are requested to furnish the details of admissions made in to M.Tech /
M.Pharm courses in your College under Convener / Spot / Management / Minority quotas.

1. Seats filled under management will be ratified by the University. For this purpose the following
certificates / records in original are to be produced for verification.

a) SSC or equivalent certificate showing the name and date of birth of the candidate.
b) Certificate of Minimum prescribed qualification with grade / percentage.
c) Equivalency certificate from concerned University wherever necessary.
d) Marks memos, Provisional certificates, study certificates and Transfer certificates whenever
necessary.
e) List of candidates admitted through management quota.
f) AICTE approval letter for the academic year 2010-11.
g) JNTUH affiliation letter for the academic year 2010-11.

2. In case of seats filled under convenor / Spot / Minority the following documents / records are to be
produced.

a. List of candidates admitted under convener quota with signature from Convenor,
PGCET 2010.
b. List of candidates admitted through spot admission and approved by convenor, PGCET 2010.
c. List of candidates admitted under minority quota and approved by APSCHE.

3. Soft (M.S. Word document in CD from) and hard copies of separate list of names of students (Course
wise) along with their ten digit hall ticket numbers in serial order is to be submitted. You are requested to
submit hard and soft copies of students particulars in the following format.

Quota Management

The University registration / recognition / admission / Common Services fee is to be paid at the rate
of Rs 2500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) per student in the form of a D.D. drawn on any
nationalized bank in favor of ``Registrar, JNTUH” payable at Hyderabad.

You are requested to report to Smt.M.Indira Rani, (8008103825) additional Controller of

Examinations, Clearance & Legal Section, Ist floor, Examination branch, JNTU Hyderabad, Kukatpally,
Hyderabad as per the Schedule given below.
