I have spent DAYS reviewing flicks of the Tsunami plus reviewing events in
Japan. The Embassy of Japan in Washington, D.C. were able to review
messages sent concerning need for an estimated ADDITIONAL 300,000 body
bags to allow collection and cremation of same to save risk of super
contamination to the Island of Japan from the dead animals, birds, pets,
people, farm animals and other creatures not yet discovered. Risks of
decomposing bodies causing unbelievable contamination to ground water,
lakes, rivers, streams prompted me to even remind everyone to go to a web

Earthquake in Haiti and how to articles on making water from plant

to make LATRINES which would collect fecal and urine matter with even
paper wipes such as toilet paper which could be mobile and moved for
disposal by BURNING. Some estimate was given of perhaps TWO MILLION
GALLONS OF GASOLINE AND FIFTY MILLION GALLONS OF DIESEL OR JET
FUEL can be harvested from all the Ships, Aircraft, Cars, Vehicles and yes

My thoughts are simple.....They are USING SALT WATER which as you know
might be a NO NO item but at least they have been able to get water flowing
again even it if means the destruction of the Plant system until another
similar unit can be installed next door perhaps. I would have sought out
WELLS in the areas then given the people ZIP LOCK 1 GALLON BAGS FULL
OF WATER by the Millions and with pumper trucks they could PUMP millions
of gallons of FRESH WELL WATER into the Nuclear units PLUS start giving
LIFE SAVING WATER to the people in plastic zip lock bags with their troops
and vehicles let alone helicopter drops onto roof tops. No worry about
FELONS raiding shops and stores as the Japanese People seem to
understand help is coming SOMETIME and appear to be working together
rather than robbing and killing people for food or water.

My concern NOW is that there are over 5,000,000 PLUS GALLONS OF

GASOLINE, 10,000,000 PLUS GALLONS OF DIESEL FUEL not to mention
JET FUEL which are going to be needed to CREMATE some 100,000 PLUS
bodies anticipated to be found in those areas. I will be sending directly to
the Embassy in Washington for the Japanese Government an ALERT to get
containers or barrels and hand pumps to transfer fuel from those vehicles,
boats, aircraft, storage tanks in gas stations and even ships aground so
those can be used to run GENERATOR'S, VEHICLES [FREE GAS IS NICE !]

PARKING LOT FULL OF FUELED VEHICLES AND SHIPS OR BOATS IS
THERE WITH NO ONE PAYING ATTENTION ! My desire to see BARGES
loaded with humans dead to be taken to sea where they are chopped up into
fish food may make some people irate but the prayers can be said on land
and bodies transferred to BARGES who can do the work no one desires to
see completed to save those others alive.

WELLS are all over HAITI but unfortunately those were SALT WATER more
than FRESH. Believe WELLS INLAND IN JAPAN HAVE SAFE DRINKING
WATER AND ARE USED FOR IRRIGATION AND SOME HOTELS OR MOTELS
HAVE THEM like I found helping Alamosa Colorado with the Salmonella
Outbreak tracked to the WEBER RESERVOIR as no one knew the City was

small amount of damage compared to what was expected no doubt.

Right now the Priority item is containment of a few Nuclear Power Plant
problems but more is on the horizon which must be addressed as was
addressed for Haiti during their Earthquake.

1. First and foremost is How to obtain WATER, potable water, unlimited

supply via Solar Still [Lesson Plan 9] which can use clear plastic garbage
bags or material plus large amounts of very BAD water in clear plastic or
glass containers ON TOP OF BUILDINGS IN SUNLIGHT to harvest fresh
drinking water daily after the sun starts going down.

2. Second is How to obtain WATER, potable water, unlimited supply using

PLANT TRANSPIRATION or covering green leaves with clear plastic bags in
sunlight all day long then at night harvesting POTABLE WATER in any
amount possible since 1 acre of corn releases some 4,000 gallons of water
into the air daily and children can and will HELP gather the water plus share
same with a calm public shown by the Japanese People working together.

3. Third is How to obtain WATER digging a round 4 foot hole three feet
deep in sunlight area, placing a container down at the bottom as a collector
then using clear plastic like drum liners over the hole, stacking dirt on edges
with ROCK or coin in center of the plastic slowly lowered to just above the
collector. ALL DAY IN SUNLIGHT the evaporation is dripping into the
collector and at evening time it can be removed and water harvested which
is POTABLE WATER.

4. Fourth involves use of GENERATORS and pumping WELL WATER or

sharing well water from Hotels, Motels, Farm Communities and Commercial
Irrigation WELLS to allow minimal treatment and provide ZIP LOCK
BAGGIES FULL OF WATER TO THE PUBLIC for drinking purposes.

5. Fifth involves looking on the site for LATRINE building and especially
thinking of SUPER DUMP SITES for latrines on each corner with a privacy
shelter capability, extra amounts of barrels with DRUM LINERS and sealing
tops for barrels to allow the public to use these restrooms PLUS issue out 5
gallon plastic containers with tops and DRUM LINERS so people can take
the 5 gallon containers INSIDE BUILDINGS like Hospitals, Nursing Homes
and set up a PORTA POTTIE enclosure so residents can fill these DRUMS
which in turn can be taken outside and dumped for pickup by special
sewage disposal teams before the urine and fecal matter contaminates the
WELLS, WATER AND SOIL. EXTRA CARE IN HANDLING A MUST.

6. Sixth involves the arrival and issuance of SNAP LIGHTS 12 hour SHAKE

necessary. Inverters can be 1,000 watt allowing one light and 1 CB RADIO
40 CHANNEL WITH SPEAKER CAPABILITY and entire AREA CAN BE
ZONED FOR EMERGENCY LEAVING CHANNEL 9 FOR EMERGENCY USE
ONLY BUT ALLOWING CHANNEL 19 FOR TRUCKERS AND LOCAL
OFFICIALS CAN HAVE ONE UNIT OR CB ON TOP OF ANY BUILDING
ZONING AN ENTIRE CITY.

10. Solar POWER generators can power CB RADIO on top of building but
Ideally a single vehicle in case of RAIN can become a NET CONTROL and
the FORCES for Police, Fire, Military and Security can ALL USE THE CB
RADIO CHANNELS WITH DIRECT HOOKUP TO CB FROM BATTERY PLUS
INVERTERS AND GENERATORS ON TOP OF BUILDINGS AS NET CONTROL.

11. ALL TENTS WITH RESCUE OR MEDICAL PERSONNEL, SECURITY

PERSONNEL AND OFFICIALS must be GPS LOGGED AND ISSUANCE TO A
MASTER CONTROL CENTER ON TOP OF THE HIGHEST BUILDING
POSSIBLE ALLOWING 360 DEGREE CONTROL VIA CB RADIO 4
CHANNELS.

12. ALL CB WILL ALLOW EVERY MILITARY, RED CROSS AND OTHER
UNITS OF GOVERNMENT TO COMMUNICATE ON 40 CHANNELS WITH
SOME CHANNELS ONLY WITH INTERPRETERS FOR FOREIGN
ASSISTANCE PEOPLE . Saves worrying about SAT phones or problems
with same.

13. DIRECT TV OR SAT TV from America can use SAT SYSTEMS WITH
LAPTOP COMPUTERS TALKING TO EVERYONE FROM THE FIELD IF
CLEARED BY BOTH GOVERNMENTS AND TECHNICIANS CAN COME TO
JAPAN AND INSTALL SAME IMMEDIATELY PLUS TRAIN OTHERS. Only
thing missing would be the INVERTER or GENERATOR SUCH AS SOLAR
FOR DAYTIME TO SAVE FUEL CONSUMPTION.

14. NOW FOR DANGEROUS ITEMS SUCH AS FINDING PEOPLE STILL

ALIVE ---- USE Forward Looking Infra Red or FLIR on U.S. Helicopters at
NIGHT to find people living on the ground as they will appear white. Same
for animals like packs of dogs running wild...they can be shot from the
HELICOPTER AS THEY WILL ALSO LOOK WHITE while perhaps attacking
people still alive.

15. MORE AND MORE BODY BAGS 6 MIL THICK WILL BE NEEDED AS
MORE DEAD PEOPLE SURFACE IN THE WATER SO HAVE PLENTY OF
LATEX GLOVES, MASKS AND WIPES FOR THOSE HANDLING THESE
BODIES. KEEP RECORDS AND TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DEAD PLUS
FINGERPRINTS BEFORE CREMATION ON SHORE OR OFF SHORE WHICH
CAN BE ARRANGED USING SHREDDERS LIKE WOOD CHIPPERS AND
TAKING THE BODIES TO SEA THE TURNING THEM INTO FISH FOOD IN
ESSENCE RATHER THAN CONTAMINATING THE PUBLIC AND WATER OR
SOIL NOW OR LATER AS 300,000 BODIES ARE HARD TO TAKE CARE OF IN
THESE EMERGENCIES.

16. SUPER SHIPMENTS OF TOILET PAPER, PLASTIC DRUM LINERS AND

BLACK 6 MIL THICK GARBAGE BAGS ARE NEEDED ALONG WITH A FEW
MILLION ZIP LOCK 1 GALLON BAGS TO USE FOR GIVING PEOPLE WATER
FROM TANKERS OR STORAGE BLADDERS WHICH WILL INCREASE OVER
TIME. EXTRA CHLORINE LIQUID FOR DECONTAMINATION OF WATER
WILL BE NECESSARY.

17. EVERY MILITARY SHIP USING DESALINATION OR DISTILLATION

SHOULD TURN ON THEIR EQUIPMENT FULL BLAST AND BLADDER UNITS
IF NOT HELICOPTER BLADDER SHIPMENTS TO THE MAINLAND SHOULD
START IMMEDIATELY WHILE WELL WATER IS HARVESTED PLUS PEOPLE
PROVIDED WITH INSTRUCTIONS IN LANGUAGE OR PICTURES AND
LANGUAGE HOW TO HARVEST THEIR OWN WATER USING PLANT
TRANSPIRATION, SOLAR STILL OR DESERT HOLE IN THE GROUND
EMERGENCY PROCUEDURES. MILITARY SURVIVAL TECHNIQUES ARE
PERFECT TO BE GIVING MATERIAL, PHOTOS, PAGE OF INSTRUCTIONS
AND PLASTIC BAGS CLEAR FOR SAME. SCHOOL KIDS WILL BEAT ANY
GROUP OF ADULTS AND HOW MANY CONTAINERS CAN BE PUT ON THE
TOP OF ANY BUILDING IS SOMETHING TO SEE.

18. PALLETS FULL OF CANS OF FOOD FOR HUMANS AND ANIMALS CAN
BE DROPPED OFF ON BUILDINGS, IN RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL
AREAS AND DELIVERED DOOR TO DOOR FOR THOSE ON DRY LAND
ALONG WITH WATER BAGS OF ZIP LOCK 1 GALLON SIZE.

19. PALLETS OF TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS AND OTHER ITEMS

CAN HELP GET PEOPLE CLEANED AT CLEANING STATIONS WHERE SALT
WATER CAN BE PUMPED WITH SPECIAL SOAP SO THE PEOPLE CAN WAS
THEMSELVES OR CLOTHING. SALT WATER, WELL WATER AND A LITTLE
SOAP WILL PREVENT DISEASES.

20. SANITARY WIPES OR DECONTAMINATION BACTERIA WIPES BY THE

TRUCKLOAD SHOULD BE DELIVERED TO EVERY AREA WHERE THERE
