Tell Congress: “Support the President’s International

Affairs Budget”
Right now, two billion people are struggling to survive on less than $2 per day. We urge members of Congress to
join President Obama in demonstrating a strong resolve to fight global poverty by fully funding the
International Affairs Budget, and opposing any budget cuts to the world's most vulnerable people. For the
first time, the International Affairs Budget carries a coherent US Global Development Policy that tackles international food
security, global health, and impacts of a changing climate. This funding is vital to demonstrating our humanitarian
values, protecting our national security, and fostering the economic growth overseas that creates jobs at home.
