Assembly Procedure
Please follow the information provided in this section to
perform the complete disassembly procedure of the notebook.
Be sure to use proper tools described before.

TW3 Series Notebook consists of various modules. This chapter

describes the procedures for the complete notebook disassembly. In
addition, in between procedures, the detailed disassembly procedure of
individual modules will be provided for your service needs.

The disassembly procedure consists of the following

steps:
• Battery Module
• Keyboard Module
• Wireless module
• HDD module
• ODD module
• CPU Module
• Memory Module
• Blue tooth Module
• LCD Module
• Top cover Module
• Motherboard Module

M E M O R Y Memory Module

If there is an existing memory, remove it by opening the latches, which will pop

LCD Module
The illustrations below show how to remove and disassembly the LCD module
from the notebook.

1. Release 4pcs hinge screws as shown. (No.1 and No.2)

4. Pull out LCD cable and W/L cable, Remove LCD module.

1. Remove 2pcs screws then take out the hinge cover. (No.1&No.2)

2. Remove 6 rubber pads & screws from the LCD module

3. Open inside four edges of LCD bezel with your finger, then remove LCD
bezel form LCD module.
4. Remove 8pcs screws then take out Inverter form LCD module.

5. Disconnect the MIC cable.

6. Disassemble LCD panel for LCD module, then remove 4pcs screw on the left
and right LCD bracket.

7. Disconnect LCD CABLE connector then take out LCD cable.

TOP COVER Module

Motherboard Module

Removing Unite Board

2. Release the Modem and USB cable then take out Unite board.

3. Release 2pcs nuts on base units.

4. Release 2pcs screws on M/B (No.1) then release ADP/USB/Modem/Speaker

cable.

5. Take out M/B form Base.
