9. ENDING THIS ADDITIONAL SERVICE

end.

by giving you at least thirty days written

as those set out in Condition 4.1(h)(i) to
(viii) of the Merchant Agreement, or where
we suspect fraud, or you are unable to

Service by giving you immediate notice.
9.3 You may end this Additional Service at
any time by giving us thirty days' written
notice.
9.4 We may also end this Additional Service
upon reasonable notice if following an
inspection under Condition 6.5 we consider
that you are in breach of the criteria laid
down by us under Condition 6.1.
9.5 You must not send us any Transaction
Data relating to Electronic Commerce

continue to be liable to us for all obligations

10. GENERAL
10.1 These Additional Service Conditions are
governed by English law and the parties
