PACKING
Electrodes are first sealed in polythene tubes then packed in cardboard boxes, which are resealed
in polythene tubes. Cardboard boxes are than packed in corrugated cartons, duly sealed.
Duly packed to yield a shelf life of atleast one year under proper storing conditions.

Recommended current range is for guidance only. Actual current may vary depending upon use.
Technical parameters are for guidance only. Appropriate size/type of electrode & parent metal, Joint design
& conditions, Current sources, Skilled welder etc. are essential for obtaining satisfactory results.
FUMES, GASES & ARC RAYS are dangerous.

Welding area should be well protected and ventilated.

If exposed to open air/ stored for longer period/wherever necessary Low Hydrogen Electrodes (LH 16) may
be baked at 300oC for one hour, just prior to use.
