* What was the last activity you completed that took you out of your comfort zon
e?
Ans. The event "Blood Donation Camp" organized primarily by me in the year Septe
mber 2007. Done the all sets of activities ranging from setting up a blood donat
ion camp in the college to select the volunteers for various roles, talking and
fixing up the deals and offers with the sponsors during the event so as to make
the event the best one. The sponsors includes Airtel, India and many more.

19.* Describe a time when you helped motivate a team.

1. During my last family business role "Part Time Sales Executive" where i need
to motivate team members and related contacts from time-to-time.
2. During the Blood Donation Camp, the volunteer team of some 40-50 students i h
old under me.
3. During the Organization of Abhiyaan 2008, college annual festival, again moti
vating the team of students who worked under me.

20.* Describe how you applied something you have learnt, in order to make a prac
tical difference.
I always believe that the main component in any activity is the person's "Power
of Speech". If people start listening to you, then only you can make the people
under you to work according to the requirements then whether it is a volunteer r
ole or a paid job.

21. Describe the last time you delivered a task that required sustained effort.
During my last family business role "Part Time Sales Executive" where 1. the nee
d comes in front of me to talk with the people who speak proper regional languag
es.
2. To make a sense of working environment in the team when i was working along w
ith my first engineering degree.

22. Describe a situation where you took responsibility without being asked.
At the time of Blood Donation Camp, i decided that we need sponsors not only for
name or goodies but also to promote over event with the big region. And, with t
hat thinking, the event comes with the outcome of collecting some 275 blood bott
les in less than 5 hours (one of the best ever time to collect that much amount
in the Navi Mumbai area)
