  Embracing the KEYS to success:
Dear friends, Faith, Knowledge, and Unity
In the bulletin of St. Peter Church, I recently shared with
Parishioners about the outstanding school year we have
experienced! God is so good, and when we are faithful to Him SPS Teacher of the Year – Ms. Elaine Dillon!
above our own desires or demands, He blesses us beyond what
we could ever imagine.
It’s difficult to believe that the time has passed so quickly. As
Principal this year, I have been filled with joy at what I witness in
our students and staff. There is no doubt that the light of the
Catholic Faith is at the core of our curriculum and shines brightly
in all areas of our school life.
This school year has been filled with amazing success! I think of
the many great events like the 41st annual Bazaar, Birthday Party
for Jesus, Dinner/Dance, Change for Miles Campaign, and Mardi
Gras party. Generous volunteers and donations fuel many of our
efforts and are responsible for much of what we are able to
accomplish. We have also advanced greatly with technology and
good use of teaching time. The list could go on and on!
Looking forward to 2011-2012 at this point, one of our primary Mrs. Elaine Dillon has taught at St Peter School for 16 years. She is
