Final Year Project (Real time Video Transcoder )( In Progress )
This project is requires research and implementation both. First we decided which mpeg format to use and then
we completed the design. Implementation will be done in two phases. First one will be to develop an encoder and
decoder then the transcoder part will be implemented. Our main objective is to make it a real time transcoder.
