Super sambar
1. 1x Rice + 0.25x paruppu + mixed vegetable + 5x water
2. Put all in cooker + uppu + turmeric powder + sambar podi + puli paste
3. Close cooker and weight and wait for just 2 whistles and switch off
4. Talichufy with kadugu + vendayam + perungayam
Channa

Pongal

Karacha dosa
1. 2 rava - soak in water - 10 min

4. Add water and make it consistent

9. If softness required, add maida maavu

Lemon rice mix
1. Talichfy kadugu, ulutamparuppu, kadalaparuppu, molaha vatthal, LG, manja podi

3. Add salt
4. Wait to cool
5. Add juice
6. Add juice and slat later if necessary
Onion chutney
1. Oil (2 teaspoon) + onion
2. 4 molaha vatthal
3. Small uppu - 0.33 teaspoon
4. Puli paste
5. Microwave for 5 min
6. Wait to cool
7. Crush in blender
8. Talichufy mustard
Fried rice
1. Rice + salt + butter (1 spoon)
3. 3/4 boiled rice
4. Cool it down
5. Talichufy jeeraham + pattai + krambu
6. Onion vendufy
7. Ginger garlic paste
8. Mixed vegetables
9. Add cooled rice
10. Pepper + chilli / teriocci + heat + ghee
Gravy
1. Micrwave mixed vegetables for 10 min
2. Tlichufy jeera.
3. Add onion
4. (optional: add capsicum)
5. Manja podi, kara podi, uppu, garam masala
6. Add vegetables
7. Add kothumalli + pudina
Onion chutney (4 plates)
1. Mix 4.5 red chilli, 3 onion, 1 tb spoon oil
2. Microwave, blender mixture
3. Add puli paste 0.25 spoons
4. Add small amount of water
5. Add salt - 0.75 teaspoon
6. Talichufy kadugu
Kesari
1. Fry Dry grapes + cashew in ghee
2. Add rava/sooji
3. Add 1:2.5 boil-ed water in
4. Rava will boil consuming all the water.
5. Add 1:2.5 sugar
6. Wait till it dries off. Add ghee / butter if needed
Bindi masala
1. Talichufy jeera
2. Add onion
3. 2:3 onion: tomato
4. Add bindi/vendakka
5. Add majal, dry chilli powder, uppu, garam masala
6. Wait for 15 min
Carrot kheer
1. Peel carrot and cut into big pieces
2. Cook in microwave for 15 min
3. Add water and grind it into paste (optionally add 4 or 5 ooravechufied badam/
cashew)
4. Boil milk and add above mixture to it
5. Add 0.5tumbler sugar to 0.5litre milk
6. Heat for 5 min

vadnkkufy vengayam
carrot +goes+ beans+ peas+ capsicum - cut fine and vadakkufy
Add tomatosauce,chilli sauce, soya sauce
Add salt
Bajji (1kg == 100 bajji)
1kg kallama, 100g maida, 100g rice flour,
uppu, karapodi, perunkayam
add water and get thick consistency
