Scorelogix tests with DoLBe Theory. This checks how the person is originally
and how much the person learns and how much he puts into process what he

Our test development process is very exhaustive and thorough, and begins with
an analysis of which psychological constructs would give us the information we
need in order to provide test takers with accurate, useful, and relevant results.
And then the test framework is finalized based on an in-depth study and research
based on established psychological instruments published in well-respected
journals and books.
In the next step, Scorelogix creates a large pool of questions which are
candidates to be used in the actual test. Scorelogix then administers these
questions to hundreds or thousands of Scorelogix members, and by analyzing
the results we evaluate their validity and reliability. This gives us our top
questions, now established as validly and reliably measuring constructs. The final
test, then, is a subset of the original group of questions. Here is our detailed
process flow.

Product Quality: Scorelogix test ensures quality by looking into the 3 basic
elements, (a) Reliability- a measure of the tests consistency, (b) Validity- a
measure of the tests usefulness, and (c) Standardization- the process of trying
out the test on a group of people to see the scores which are typically obtained.
Service Quality: Our prime goal of the service quality is to meet and exceed
consumer expectations. We understand producing to specifications and the
needs of the market beyond specifications. We also consider whether each
quality dimension is primarily an aspect of product quality or service quality.

Process:
1. Online: Candidates can finish the specified tests by logging on to Scorelogix website with the
candidate-id and password given. This id and password will be generated by the client.
2. Offline: This is paper based testing process. The candidate will be provided with question paper
and an answer sheet. On completion of the test, the answers should be entered into the
account page by your personal to generate the reports.
Scorelogix unique and proprietary tests are available as standard test packages but customized HR
Solutions can be provided to clients with special requirements.
