Pan Seared Pork Chops


with Bourbon-Honey Glazed Apples & Buttery Pecans
by Ricky Mollohan, Owner & Executive Chef, Mr. Friendly’s, Solstice Kitchen & Cellar on Greene
This is a favorite dish of mine at Preheat oven to 450°. Add oil to sauté pan and heat to medi-

1/4 C brown sugar with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. By this time
