CH 4, join.

Round 1: Ch 3, 2 DC in the loop,* CH 2, 3 DC in the chain loop,

complete 3 times total from*, CH 1, SC in beginning CH 3. This will
put you at the center of your chain space.

Round 2: Ch 3, 2 DC in the same CH SP, *CH 1, 3 DC, CH 2, 3DC

in next CH 2 SP, Complete 3 times total from *. Ch 1, 3
dc in next ch sp. CH 1, SC in beginning CH 3 to join.

Round 3: Ch 3, 2 dc in the same ch sp, [Ch 1, 3 dc in next ch sp,

Ch 1, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in the next ch 2 corner sp] 3 times. Ch 1, 3
dc in next ch sp. Ch 1, 3 dc in beg corner sp. Ch 2, sl st in top
of beg ch 3. Fasten off first color.

Round 4: Attach 2nd color with sl st in any ch 2 corner sp.

Ch 3, 2 dc in the same corner sp, [(Ch 1, 3 dc in next ch sp) twice.
Ch 1, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in the next corner sp] 3 times.
(Ch 1, 3 dc in the next ch sp) 2 times. Ch 1, 3 dc in beg corner sp,
ch 1, sc in top of beg ch 3.

Round 5: Ch 3, 2 dc in the same corner sp, [(Ch 1, 3 dc in next ch

sp) 3 times. Ch 1, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in the next corner sp] 3
times. (Ch 1, 3 dc in the next ch sp) 3 times. Ch 1, 3 dc in beg
corner sp, Ch 2, sl st in top of beg ch 3. Fasten off 2nd color.

Round 6: Attach 3rd color with sl st in any ch 2 corner sp.

Ch 3, 2 dc in the same corner sp, [(Ch 1, 3 dc in next ch sp) 4
times. Ch 1, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in the next corner sp] 3 times.
(Ch 1, 3 dc in the next ch sp) 4 times. Ch 1, 3 dc in beg corner
sp,Ch 1, sc in top of beg ch 3.

Round 7: Ch 3, 2 dc in the same corner sp, [(Ch 1, 3 dc in next ch

sp) 5 times. Ch 1, (3 dc, ch 2, 3 dc) in the next corner sp] 3
times. (Ch 1, 3 dc in the next ch sp) 5 times. . Ch 1, 3 dc in beg
corner sp, Ch 2, sl st in top of beg ch 3. Fasten off 3rd color.

Round 8: Attach the 4th color, which will always be color D as

referred on the Color Rotation Sheet, with a sl st in any ch 2
corner sp, ch 1, 3 sc in the same corner sp. Sc in each st and ch sp.
3 sc in each ch 2 corner sp around. Join with a sl st in the beg sc.
Fasten off. Refer to the Color Rotation Sheet for rotation of colors
for Squares 1-7.
