The document outlines procedures for loading cargo onto a ship or barge. It specifies that the cargo (PHC piles) must be ready 2 hours before berthing, including 1087 pieces weighing 3488.82 tonnes. Loading is estimated to take 3 days using 29 trailers per day carrying 10-12 piles each. The process requires 2 cranes with a minimum 28m boom and 10 cubic meters of wooden dunnage. Cargo is loaded uniformly from bow to stern while maintaining trim and draft, overseen by inspectors. Upon arrival, unlashing and unloading follows the reverse of this process.
