PNX5130 MAPP Video Co-Processor

Add a New Dimension to Motion Processing: 3DTV

In February 2010, Trident Microsystems acquired the set-top

box and televison product lines from NXP Semiconductors’
home business unit. This product is now a part of Trident’s
product offering for the television market.

As the next step in Trident’s MAPP technology, the PNX5130

offers 3DTV processing in combination with halo-reduced MEMC
up to 240 Hz frame rates and integrated 2D backlight dimming.
