required to complete certain exit formalities, including submission of NDC (No Due Certificate) in the
prescribed format as below. This is a mandatory requirement in order for the student to become eligible to
receive the Course Completion Certificate, Transcript, Certificate of Diploma, Original Certificates
submitted at the time of admission and refund of caution deposit. The student is hereby informed that he /
she shall be deemed eligible to receive all certificates and refund of caution deposit only on clearance of
all dues.
