JOB DESCRIPTION :
Project Lead – Local Candidates Only

JOB REQUIREMENTS: ( Describe the basic requirements of the position ) Project management or
coordination experience (in school or field); MS Office proficiency (including MS Project); solid
communication skills; good presentation skills; GPA of 3.0 or better.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ( Outline the primary responsibilities of the position)


Detail Process Intern will go through: Intern will go through our entire training process, providing
critical feedback to the tools and processes used. Additionally, the intern will receive hands-on inbound
and outbound experience to better understand the business. After a few weeks, the intern will be
assigned to a project agreed to by both the intern and depot management. This project will include one
of four areas: productivity, quality, inventory, or customer service.
Typical Decisions Made: Decisions will relate to the type of project, area of focus, and phased project
plan. Developing the types of ongoing measurements to be used will also be a critical component of the
project plan.
Presentations: (requirements and who will hear them) The intern will have a mentor (TBD) throughout
the project and will be required to present progress at various stages throughout the project.
