 Introduction

Our project is for basesd for the councelling and management for all the
enginerring and non enginerring college. It is basically for the record of
individual student and their fees accounting.
It is based upon on mainly two type language - ASP.net and SQL server.
It has two classified mainly part

1. Counselling –
Counselling is a process in which the counselor helps us to understand
the causes for our problems and guides us through the process of
learning to make good life decisions.
Online counseling is the core feature which helps a
student identify the career path he can follow to achieve his ambition in
life. We have attached a lot of importance to this feature and the
facilities provided here include the development of career graph for the
student visiting our site.

2. Accounting
"The process of identifying, measuring and communicating economic
information to permit informed judgements and decisions by users of the
information!.

The "measurement" of accounting information is not a straight-

forward process. It involves making judgements about the value of
sasset owned by a business or liabilities owed by a business. It is also
about accurately measuring how much profit or loss has been made by a
business in a particular period.
As we know today all college or universities collect their fees for
different aspects (such as tution fee, development fee …) in different
ways such as (quarterly ,monthly ,yearly) in dds or cash this application
fulfil the of all these organization/requirement of all these concern
organization.

Purpose

The purpose of Counseling and Account Management System is to

handle the current problem facing by schools, colleges, universities and
other organizations. Our project deals with two basic problems which
are as follows:
1. Documentation and collection of personal information of each and
every individuals of an organization. It is very important in today’s
point of view that organization will have to maintain
documentation part of each individual.
2. This part basically provides fees management system currently
facing by organizations (such as colleges ) which have number of
students of different courses, branch and most importantly
different caste because in India concession of fees is available for
some students with caste OBC, ST, SC.
3. There are lots of students who pay fee monthly,
some half yearly or some yearly or as organization
concerns. To maintain records of these is very
cumbersome job and very hard to implement. There
should be some method to make this job easy and
also maintain record in that way that either student
or any other person who wants to view the complete
detail of his/her account can easily get that one.
So, these two basic modules are most important for an organization in
current scenario. This is the basic purpose of our project.
 Conclusion

This is useful for all purpose of councelling and management for

any colleges. Our project is for based for the councelling and
management for all the enginerring and non enginerring colleges. It is
basically for the record of individual student and their fees accounting.
There is so many problem related to fess accounting and record of
student individual .This project will be helpful for solving the problem
accounting and record of individual problem.
It is also helpful zsg. to store the the data of each student fees
account and their academic during their session.
