In modern society the moral human values are deteriorating. In almost majority
of population selfishness motives are enhancing. “Myself”, “for me” “our own” words
self happiness planes were implementing. We are unable to continue peaceful life, if
the people in the society are not living happily. We are forgetting our self that we are
one among our society and its welfare. In result the Medical and Health aspects are
becoming selfish, business like modus habits are following in Medical lines.

At present the Medical science facilities increasing day by day every day.
Diagnosis of diseases, tests, prescriptions after tests Medical treatments, surgical
treatments are enhancing beyond reasonable expectations of poor and middle class.
Changing, transplanting human parts is also undertaking easily now as money makes
many things. These Medical aids are highly appreciable in the human race. On the
other hand, the Medical facilities are like grapes are sower and like money makes
many things. Even ordinary medical aid to poor, middle income group people are
also incurring heaving expenditure barring cost of medicines.

Government Hospitals unable to render minimum medical help due to pan city of
funds and improper administration besides corruptive activities. Pure Business motto
improved a lot by private hospitals. Even for small and mini diagnosis, prescription
after under going tests and lazar operations were also inaccessible to lower classes
and for middle income people.

Experiences Hospital working conditions, business modus of thinking by private
hospitals for getting diagnostic tests, prescriptions, of corporate hospitals and
community for the rectification of defects and without criticizing the Medical
Departments, Dr. Tata Sevakumar being a qualified doctor in the year 14 th
November, 1996, on CHILDRENS’ DAY CELEBRATIONS, he himself started a
Voluntary Organization by name “SERVICE HEALTH ORGANISATION (SHO) “.

On the day of starting the SHO (on14.11.1996), he started conducting medical

tests at nominal cost. This venture received encouragement on Health and Medical
aspects from all classes of needy public and Medical departments. Later, he started
some seminars inviting Medical Specialists, voluntarily in rural areas and tours to
educate the public the precautionary steps to be taken by people avoiding attacks by
illness and advising treatments for remedy incurring panltry expenditure. Especially
on hypertension, diabetes, long term health hards like Cancer, HIV – aids, Hepatitis
– B,C, TB, Anthrax, Leprosy, Sars , Bird flue, Spine flue, Dengue, Chicken guinea,
dangerous hazards on account of consumption of alcohol, addicts of drugs,
swallowing of gutka etc,. Relentless, restless efforts were entertained by him to
enhance real medical aid,by qualified experts for various medical tests to diagnose
the illness were pressed into service and encouraged for their education such as 20
Sistine modalities course organized in his SHO with his principles of service.

Avoiding to receive indigenous, help from abroad, collection of donations, incurring

expenditure from his paultry by earnings on his health services to SHO services from
1996 with the administration of people only the SHO was made to self help styles
organization, but not by any donation, help from Govt or abroad. Large circle of
peoples’ reception, appreciations were received from all angels, within one year. The
State Govt was pleased to recognize the voluntary services of SHO and facilitations
received “Zilla Youth Award” by A.P. Govt.

Mr. Tata Sevakumar aimed, that if the officers and Doctors have effort selflessly,
the society will achieve more than expected by now. With this principle and concept
he established SHO since 10 years back. His relentless effort achieved his aim of
helping poor and middle classes for receiving aid to medical problems. The SHO
extending as “SHO group of services “ for rendering all kinds of health Medial helps

in all aspects needed by poor and making an appeal to take the advantage of
service of SHO group “.

1. CLINIC:

Working Hours: Morning 8.00 AM to 1.00 PM

Evening 4.00 PM to 8.00 PM.

The Service is being and under the supevision of MBBS Doctor. The SHO group is
encouraging to elect a family doctor for each family avoiding no need to consult
specialists, super specialists. The unit is receiving with this concept. Depending upon
the necessity of the illness of the patients ,the patients will be referred to specialist.
Any No. of times the SHO group will render free medical services to the need
patients.

 2. SHO Group Hypertension & Diabetic clinic .

Now – a – days the hypertension (high BP) sufferers and suger patients are
abnormally increasing. Even below 40 years aged are also attacking with the above
dreadful diseases. India occupies 37.7 % of population, being highest in the globe
suffering from diabetic among them people of 40 years and above are the lions
share. Once a patient is identified with B.P. or sugar, the patient has to receive
regular services for tests, application of medicines is a regular process. To safeguard
the patients from BP and Sugar specialists demanding a monthly fees of Rs-150/-
besides expenditure for tests are of regular nature. Our SHO group test fees is only
Rs. 40/- and any No. of times also can be consulted. The SHO started Hypertension
and diabetic lab in 2002 to help the patients and to reduce their medical expenditure
for it to live healthily with out any complications.

HYPERTENSION & DIABETIC

Annual fee is Rs. 100/- only. Every month on any Sunday from 8.00 Am. to 12.00
Pm free consultation with Specialist Doctor. During this consultation specialists of
cardiology, Kidneys, skin, Eye, Surgeons, Orthopedies, Nerves etc., specialist doctor
are participating. The members will be served with post-card intimation on the date
and specialist for consult action in available will be given by SHO Group.

The Members and their kids will served with pos-card intimation the date and
spialits on consultation available will be given by SHO GROUP.

The members and their kids will be got education in all branches of diseases
to make precautions without their expenditure and properly advice food habits.
3. CLINIC:

Consumption of food is inevitable for every living being. Food is only element
for body growth and health proportionately. Nutritious food is real food. Especially
potentials, minerals, carbohydrates, fats vitamins are main requirements for healty
body and parts of body . Lack of consumption of food with required nutritional values
causes ill health. On the other hand causing ill health due to insufficient exercises
required causing obesity. It is different to attack obesity. Hence SHO Group
arranging education taking nutritious food values under this diet & obesity clinic.

4. SHO PHYSIOTHERAPHY

Is THE Doctor in-charge of Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy: Post Operation to Orthopedic patients, sprains to musels,

paralysis, mouth paralysis bone disorders, shoulder pains, back pains, thigh pains,
spain etc. for reliefs physiotherapy is the prime treatment rather than application of
medicines to regain normally. SHO physiotherapy clinic arranging services of Dr.Bala
brahmachari from 4:oo pm to 8:00 pm in it.
5. Speciality labs (for Diagnostic)

Working Hours:6:00 am to 8:00 pm

For each and every disease diagnisation requiring clinical tests for blood urine, stool
and scanning. For various tests under the supervisiion of specialist doctors the tests
will be arranging at a lower cost at higher qualities. Qualified experienced techniques
after obtaining recognized paramedical educational certificates are deploying for
undertaking the clinical tests.
How it is possible to arrange tests at lowest cost?
The members of SHO group need not depend on the income of SHO. Charging lowest
cost for tests were possible if actual expenditure incurred for tests, petty reasonable
administrative charges are enough for charge of tests as the profits etc derived are
being distributed to patients. The SHO did not enhance the clinical test charges since
starting of the unit1996 till now. This is simple and could be possible as the number
test services rendered to patients are day by day increasing abnormally. The concept
of attracting number of tests more and more from inception till to date enabled SHO
to render tests at lower cost. The valuable services of Thyrocare, Mumbai a corporate
diagnostic centre were arranged. For each test the disposal syringes were using and
can be observed by any patient scrupulously at all times for every biood test .

Blood grouping camps at Rs 15/- only our blood grouping camps are organized in a
scientific devise at Rs 15/- per person only. Disposable syringes will be utilizing for
each and every person for blood group each and every person and a blood group
card will be issued by SHO. Interested educational institutions, Govt. and private
institutions can be consulted for this item of service.

FIVE TESTS SCHEME AT Rs 50/- ONLY

We have started five important tests at Rs 50/- only, for silent, long standing life
diseases like hypertension, diabetes, causing cardio diseases, paralysis. The usual
charge for paralysis was Rs 250/- monthly. These test are 1.Blood sugar 2.urine
sugar 3.BCG 4.BP checkup 5.doctors consultation.

6. SHO THYROCARE FRANCHISE (MUMBAI)

Diagnosing disease is to be done for starting correct treatment. The corporate

diagnosing centers are available at cities only incurring huge expenditure and having
their net working at village level also which incurs heavy expenditure for tests. The
SHO is taking blood samples and sending to corporate labs for results by sending to
corporate through air transport, courier, computer communication and internet
communications at lower cost within 24 to 48 hrs.
In human beings micro bacteria, parasites, virus, fungus are the reasons for
diseases. These diseases are wide spread to human beings and standing as
challenges for scientists and Govt. for diseases like HIV aids, Hepatitis B,C,E,
Dengue, Bird Flue, Swine Flue, Chicken Guinea, Anthrax, Typhoid, Rabies, SARS,TB,
etc . To diagnose these diseases is not an easy task. To know the diseases through
culture tests is an expensive ones and they are not revealing through window period
tests. To know exact viruses, scientists have invented POLYMERAGE CHAIN
REACTION (PCR) test gaining importance now- a- day. To enable the correct
prescription tests like HIV-CD4/CD8 cell count, viral load are now taken up through
genetic source also available in SHO by special labs.

Thyroid diseases –kinds of it hormones tests
In India about 800 crores of people are suffering with thyroid For every 15 persons
one person is suffering from thyroid. Out of it 80% are from ladies only. Thyroid
disease is to be tested through TSH for release of T3,T4 hormones. Through
Thyrocare Mumbai franchise the cost of Test for Rs.600/- was slashed to Rs.250/-

7. SHO Hepatitis-B & Rabies vaccination centre

Government freely supplying vaccines for remedy from epidemics. Due to economic
problems GOVT is unable to assist supply of free vaccines to recent epidemics of
contagious diseases. The vaccine manufacturers are planning for supply of vaccines
at a cheaper costs and free supplying also like Polio, Malaria etc. SHO is supplying
vaccines to Hepatitis-B, Rabies at no profit no loss concept. The Hepatitis-B vaccine
dose has to be taken at 0-1-6 is a month, doctors, nurses, lab technicians,
paramedical technicians are treating hepatitis-B virus patients under high risk and
such patients have to be taken 4 doses at 0-1-2-12 in a month.
The SHO charging Hepatitis-B vaccine at Rs 50/- to below 10 years age, and Rs
100/- to above 10 years patients.

8. SHO HIV/AIDS Testing & Counseling Centre

SHO started services to HIV/AIDS patients to create confidence in them from 1996
itself. Since 1996 till now the services are constantly continuing to them. The costly
tests under HIV screening(tridot), HIV Western Blot, P.C.R. CD4/CD8 count, viral
loud tests are being arranged at a very lower charge as far as possible.

9 SHO ORGANIC Foods (PURE FOODS)

Unadulterated food materials, vegetables grown with organic manures are for good
health. Now a days, the psychology of stuff growers/manufacturers are quit different.
Keeping their mind that “I am happy, I need not to see others happiness.” We
actually eating adulterated foods, medicines, essential commodities even drinking

water vegetables etc are all adulterated with the selfish motives of certain class of
persons, such as
Red green dall : kesaridall ,yellow color usage are going on.
Turmeric power : Wheat flour, jowar flour, rice flour are being used mixing with
yellow colors.
Chilli Powder : Bran, chalk powder, raw waste, sand dust, brick power, saw mixed
wit some acids were adulterated.
Edible oils: Dalda, animal fats etc were adulterated causing damage to kidneys.
Digestive system, liver, brain, heart, blood, eyes etc, were got completely spoiled.
SHO is fighting against these adulterations since 14 years Pure chilli powder, oils, red
gram dal, turmeric powder, salt etc are being supplied at cheaper costs.
Thyrocare iodised salt: The thyrocare iodised salt is purified 3 times for free flow of
iodine having 30 ppm, is in thyrocare salt and accredited ISO also. International
council for iodine deficiency and disorders (ICCTBB) iodine for eradiation of thyroid
disease is being supplied by SHO.

10. SHO Publications & Book centre

The SHO started a publication centre for education of health disorders for eradication
of various diseases. Diseases like AIDS, Anesthesiology, Obesity, Mosquito bites are
being prepared at a cheapest cost and made available in all book stalls throughout
the state or can be get through order from SHO.

11. SHO Institute Medical Technology

SHO is recognized by Para Medical Board of AP. Courses such as DMLT & ECG tc are
being organized.
Diagnostic of diseases is the main part of the Lab Technicians. The SHO started
education to Lab Technicians. The following are the courses offered by SHO
1. DMLT – Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (2 years course) seats 30.
2. ECG – Technician course for 1 year, seats-10
50% of the seats as per AP Govt regulations to be filled under the Chairmanship of
DM & HO, Guntur and the balance 50% seats under the Management quota, with
additional fees of Rs. fixed by GOVT sponsored candidates for management quota
candidates.

Admission qualifications: 10 th pass candidates of above 15 years of age.
Every day from 10 am to 5 pm, the classes are being conducted under qualified
doctors. Every Friday is a examination day. Special classes for BC candidates.
Adequate library with hundred of books magazines, journals, study facility. No
donations. Lab particles, experienced lectures practical trainings are entertained
besides personality development etc. Admissions will be starting from June every
year.

Medical health educational month magazine.
People are consulting doctors after they were attacked by disease. In result the
patients are loosing working days, loss of money a lot. To educate people for
rescuring from diseases SHO started monthly magazines from 3-1-2002 which was
inaugurated by Dr.K.Anjireddi, Director General at AP, Medical and Health Services.
The subscription of the monthly magazines is 120/- p.a. The subscription can be sent
either by D.D or M.O payable in the name of SHO.
