REFUTE THE FIRST LAW OF Death and you will have refuted The Second Law
THERMODYNAMICS.
1.1 Matter And Energy Cannot Be Created Or
Destroyed. The first is to refute 'The First Law
Of Thermodynamics', a Law respected and
acknowledged as non-negotiable by all reputable
scientists. This Law states that Matter & Energy
(sister-phenomena) cannot be created or
destroyed, i.e. nobody can add to or take away
from the total portfolio of Matter & Energy
available in the Universe. We may manipulate
and harness it, but that's all.
1.2 Something From Nothing? However, if
Matter & Energy cannot be created or destroyed,
how did Evolution then manage to
override/abrogate this Law and (a) 'Create'
Matter & Energy, in the beginning, as a pre-
requisite for Life? (out of 'available raw
materials') and (b) Magically, 'create' that very
'raw materials' out of NOTHING in the first
place? Well, we believe that it (i) has never
happened nor (ii) could it ever happen ... this
area is one of many forbidden zones in the
Physics of the Universe.  Create Something
out of Nothing and you will have refuted The
First Law Of Thermodynamics and proven the
Christians wrong.
2. REFUTE THE SECOND LAW OF
THERMODYNAMICS.
2.1 The Law Of Decay And Death. This Law,
'The Second Law Of Thermodynamics', states
that the Universe is running down ... Time's
arrow points downwards. There is a 'Law Of
Decay And Death' at work in Nature, and
random events like Evolution can never lead to
Order out of Chaos (low entropy), but always to
Chaos out of Order (high entropy). Ultimately,
everything dies or disintegrates and turns to
dust. We may only delay the process by greasing
and cleaning things.
2.2 The Evolutionists Have Gambled Away
Their Last And Only Stamp. The hopes, dreams
and illusions behind the Evolutionary Theory are
founded on the same hopeless mathematical
probabilities as the forces driving gambling &
betting ... the result, in the long-term, is
invariably shame, not success. Evolution, if it
were true, will have relied solely on luck.
2.3 The Intelligent First Cause. The Universe
(a closed physical system) is like a huge old
grandfather-clock winding down ... it too must
(eventually) stop ticking, decay and die. But then
... Who wound it up in the first place? Thus, the
very existence of 'The Second Law Of
Thermodynamics' demands the existence of an
Intelligent First Cause ... a Creator.  Defy
lity Theory teaches that with passing time the
Of Thermodynamics and proven the Christians
wrong.
3. REFUTE THE FINDINGS ON MENDELIAN
GENETICS.
3.1 Biogénesis. It means that only a Living Cell
can give rise to another Living Cell! Life cannot
magically 'evolve' from Non-Life.
3.2 Carl Von Linne (Carl Linnaus: 1707-1778).
He invented the classification-system of plants
and animals used as a standard today, and came
to two definite conclusions: (a) Species were, for
the most part, the equivalent of the 'Génesis
Kind' and (b) There had been no change (ever)
across the basic categories. Linnaus firmly
believed in the fixity of species and Special
Creation.
3.3 Classification Refutes Evolution. The very
fact that the animal- and plant-kingdoms can be
classified and categorised at all (i.e. kingdom,
phylum, class, order, family, genus, species, sub-
species) proves Special Creation and disproves
Evolution. Evolution teaches that animals and
plants are in 'constant flux' (continuously
'evolving'), so there should be no distinct, fixed
species in Nature at all. Yet, everywhere one
looks (including to the Fossil Record), only
distinct, fixed species are observed (Stasis).
 Produce a Living Cell from a non-living cell
and you will have refuted Mendelian Genetics
and proved the Christians wrong.
4. REFUTE THE FINDINGS ON DNA.
4.1 DNA's Amazing 'Firewall'. Scientists will
testify that no across-species Evolution had ever
taken place across the basic categories of animals
and plants ('Macro Evolution'). A built-in
security system ('firewall') prohibits this from
ever taking place. The complicated DNA-code
within each plant- and animal-type erects the
great firewall which cannot be crossed ... another
of the many forbidden zones in Nature.
4.2 What Do The Mathematicians Say? There is
no evidence that at any time, in all the history of
the World, that even one new true species has
formed from another species. The chances are
mathematically so remote as to prove utterly
impossible, as was confirmed by many reputable
mathematicians during the Wistar Symposium in
the USA in 1966. Any mathematician acquainted
with Probability Theory will tell you that longer
ages may actually make Evolution, over
extended periods, with the odds increasingly and
cumulatively stacked against it, only increasingly
more unlikely. More time would actually
compound the evolutionist's problem. Probabi-
(c) Male & Female. Think about the mysteries
chances for success diminish, they do not
improve. Any seasoned gambler will confirm
this nasty phenomenon. At the 1966 Wistar
Symposium in the USA the mathematicians
articulated this fact to the evolutionists, but they

Writes: “The point is that TIME can never work in favour
of something that cannot happen. Can TIME change rocks
into badgers; seawater into turkeys; sand into fishes? Can
TIME discver human hormones; manufacture the telescopic
eye of the eagle; or arrange for the Moon to orbit the Earth?
The truth is that, the longer the TIME, the greater the
chances for decay, and the less the chances that Evolution
will take place.” (Vance Ferrell BA, MA, BD: 'Science vs. Evolution',
p.162).
4.3 Micro Evolution? Changes within species,
such as breeding a new kind of dog (so-called
'Micro Evolution'), is not Evolution at all, but
only variation upon a theme, or diversity within
basic categories. Both the parents of that new
breed were still dogs. Ever saw a dog being
born from a non-dog; or a finch from a non-
finch; or a moth from a non-moth?  Arrange
for a practical demonstration of evolution across
major species (in spite of DNA-constraints) and
you will have refuted the laws governing DNA
and proven the Christians wrong.
5. REFUTE THE PRINCIPLES OF
IRREDUCIBLE, IMMEDIATE AND SPECIFIC
COMPLEXITY.
5.1 Irreducible, Immediate and Specific
Complexity. These principles make Evolution
totally unfeasible and defunct theory. These
principles mean that living organisms destined
for a specific life-purpose have to be fully formed
immediately in order to function effectively,
survive and make it a viable species. For instance:
(a) Baby -Whales. How long could baby-whales
have afforded to wait until mother-whales had
developed a oneway-, non-return valve (nipple)
for baby-whales to drink from (under water) to
survive and grow during infancy ... if it had had to
depend on Evolution for over 'millions of years'?
Where did the mother-whale come from, anyway,
and how did she survive in the first place, without
that facility 'from the beginning'?
(b) Bloodclotting? Imagine a living organism
(animal) trying to 'evolve' over many 'millions of
years'. Surely all that individual's organs
(physiologically speaking) will 'evolve' parallel
and in harmony with the rest of its body until
'maturity of species' is reached ... how long could
that little animal have afforded to wait (in
accordance with Evolution) for its blood te learn
to clot ... 100 000 years; 500 000 years? Musn't
blood clot (coagulate) immediately (within
minutes) to guarantee the survival of the species?
of the sexes ... male and female. If Evolution had
to invent (against mathematical odds) the
miracle of Life, remember that it will have had to
perform a double miracle: Two Mirror
Organisms, Male & Female! ... and it will have
had to function perfectly instantly!
5.2 Evolution A Useless 'Science'. Evolution is
truly a useless, pseudo-science, and surely it has
delayed the progress of the (genuine) Natural
Sciences for at least 150 years! Be honest ... was
a thorough working knowledge of Evolutionary
Theory a prerequisite for the invention or
discovery of for instance electricity; the
telephone (including fax machines and
cellphones); the telegraph; radio; TV;
computers; the automobile; rockets; satellites
etc.?
5.3 Commonsense Is Not Common. Use your
commonsense: (a) Can a paper-airplane (0
moving parts) fold itself? (NO!); (b) Can an
ordinary mousetrap (5 moving parts) make
itself? (NO!); (c) Can the flagellum of the
bacterium (40 moving parts) make itself? (NO!).
(d) Could this Universe with
everything/everybody in it (mega-zillions of
moving parts) have manufactured itself? (Are
you KIDDING?).
5.4 The Law Of Creatorship. 'The Law Of
Creatorship' states that the maker of a product is
always itself of necessity more complex/more
intelligent than that particular product. Well,
this Universe is a mighty complex place (just look
at 'The Electro-Magnetic Spectrum' or the
'Periodic Table Of Elements') so the Being
originally responsible for its origins and
invention surely must 'have been' (surely IS)
infinitely more complex and intelligent than the
Product itself (the Universe).  Arrange for a
practical demonstration where a paper airplane,
an ordinary mousetrap and a laptop computer
make themselves and you will have proven the
Christians wrong.
6. EXPLAIN THE MYSTERY OF THE
POLONIUM 218-RADIO HALO IN GRANITES.
6.1 Earth From Molten Granite? The research
of geo-physicist, Robert V. Gentry, indicates that
the foundation-stone of the Earth (granite)
contains microscopically small bubbles called
Polonium-218 Radio Halos, Worldwide. These
Halos could have originated (formed) in one way
only ... if the granites itself coagulated (clotted)
within 3 minutes after formation, and not as
molten lava over many 'millions of years', as
Evolutionists teach. In other words, if Planet
Earth were really '4,6 - 5 billion years' old, these
Polonium-218 Radio Halos would not have been
present in the Planet's granites today. And, if the
Earth were really formed out of redhot, molten
lava (granite), then why do geo-physicists find
that, when they melt down granites and allow it
to cool back to solids, it never cools back to solid
granite again, but to rhyolite? The granite-
from-molten-lava theory over 'millions of years'
is unlikely ... if that were truly the case, then our
planet's foundation-stone today ought to have
been rhyolite, not granite.
6.3 Where Did The Rumour Come From? How
did the rumour that the Earth was '4,6 billion
years' old actually begin? It developed in a
ridiculous manner:
(a) Thompson. In 1862, Thompson said the
Earth was '20 million years' old.
(b) Thompson. In 1897, Thompson doubled it
to '40 million years'.
(c) Joly. In 1899, Joly decided that the Earth
was '90 million years' old.
(d) Raleigh. In 1921, Raleigh said the Earth was
'1 billion years' old.
(e) Hotchkiss. In 1932, W.O. Hotchkiss moved
the figure up to '1,6 billion years'.
(f) Holmes. In 1947, A. Holmes declared Planet
Earth to be exactly '3,35 billion years' old but,
(g) Holmes. In 1956, A. Holmes raised it to '4,5
billion years'.
(h) Today. At present, the so-called age of the
Earth stands at a wopping '4,6 - 5 billion years' (The
only missing link here appears to be a competent
psychiatrist). Keep a close eye on the pro-
evolutionist press ... evolution-inflation may
force the age of the Earth up yet again.
 Prove that the foundation-stone of the Earth
ought not to have been rhyolite instead of granite
and that the Earth is 4,6 billion years old; and
you will have proved the Christians wrong.
7. PRODUCE A TRANSITIONAL FOSSIL.
7.1 Archaeopteryx. The only transitional fossil
ever (almost) successfully produced as 'proof' of
Evolution, was Archaeopteryx ... the so-called
transitional (cross-over) fossil 'proving the
Evolutionary link between reptiles and birds'.
7.2 The Hoax Discovered. However,
Archaeopteryx was proved 'a carefully contrived
hoax' in 1985 by six of the most prominent
scientists in Britain: Fred Hoyle, R.S. Watkins,
N.C. Wickramasinghe, J. Watkins, R. Rabilizirov
& L.M. Spencer (British Journal Of Photography, March-June 1985).

7.4 Who Took The Fossil? Here's the catch ...
no transitional fossil has ever been found after
they now had been searching for one for over a
100 years! Out of the 100 million (perhaps many
more) catalogued fossil-specimens in collections
the World over, not one is an example of a
transitional fossil. Out of billions of fossils
probably still lying buried in the rich Karoo-
Formation, not one transitional fossil has ever
been unearthed there so far. The JOKE: If
Evolution were true, there would have been
billions of these transitional-fossils lying in and
around the hills and koppies of South Africa!
 Produce a transitional (intermediary) fossil
as evidence for evolution across major species
and you will have proven the Christians wrong.
8. PRODUCE THE GEOLOGIC TIME SCALE
EXACTLY AS DEPICTED IN EVOLUTIONIST'S
CHARTS.
8.1 The 'Geologic Column'. Show us the so-
called 'Geologic Column' of sedimentary strata
(Cenozoic, Mesozoic, Paleozoic etc.) exactly as
depicted in your charts. Take us to a place where
we can observe as first-hand empirical evidence a
cross-section of the Column, complete with its
sub-strata ('Periods') of Quaternary & Tertiary
(Cenozoic: 'Recent Life'); Cretaceous, Jurassic &
Triassic (Mesozoic: 'Medieval Life'); Permian,
Pennsylvanian, Mississippian, Devonian,
Silurian, Ordovician, & Cambrian (Paleozoic:
'Ancient Life'), plus the Pre-Cambrian (Void).
8.2 Evolutionists Are Facing Insurmountable
Obstacles. The Evolutionists' problems are
manifold and they argue a lot, e.g.: (a) They
regularly entertain ongoing strata-controversies
amongst themselves! (b) They have mixed-up
fossils in the strata! (c) They have 'reworking' &
'downwash' of fossils in and out of strata!
(d) They have pollen and spores in the Cambrian
Period of strata! (It should not be there). (e) They
have the skipping of the strata by fossils! (f) They
have mixed-up strata! (g) They have missing
strata!
8.3 Evolution Or A Biblical Flood? Vance
Ferrell B.A., M.A., B.D. writes:
“How can it be that the Geologic Column is so incomplete,
when Evolutionary Theory teaches that it was quietly,
slowly laid down uniformly over millions of years? The truth
is that the rock strata point us back to a terrible Worldwide
catastrophe ... a Flood, and not to millions of years of
gradual soil deposits from dead plants and windblown soil.”

 Take us to vertical cross-section of the
Geologic Column exactly as depicted in your
textbooks and wall-charts and you will have
proved the Christians wrong.
9. PROVE THE EVOLUTIONISTS' THEORY OF
'PUNCTUATED EQUILIBRIUM' CORRECT.
(a) Richard Goldschmidt (1878-1958). He Fourteen Steps For
