WHAT ROLE HAS THE LEADER PLAYED IN
CHAMPIONING GENDER AND GBV ACTIVITIES?
In order to support activities linked with gender and GBV, my role
is to: lead, coordinate and give efficient advices.
Ex : explain to parents and local worthy the importance of

education and the prevention of violence against women and


children.

HOW HAS THE LEADER INFLUENCED THE LEVEL OF BUY IN AND INVOLVEMENT
OF MANAGEMENT?

Being the chair of counselors as well as a teacher, I try to


convince all my colleagues, including the mayor, to be
followers of the fight against all kinds of violence.

 In 2010, I was the Président of the committee for

(public high school) for the search of partnerships

 In 2010, I was elected chair of the couselors through

For this cause, I am benevolent. For the carrying out of a


project, I spend:
15 days for the preparation of dossier

2 months for the search of partnership.


3months for the preparation of fund raising
1 month for the preparation of festivities
