Personal Profile:
Throughout my employment I have shown that I am a reliable, dedicated worker who can
work solely alone or as part of a team. I strive to achieve the highest standards and can adapt
to meet tight deadlines or challenging situations. Since the age of 16, I have worked in a bar
and a shop gaining greater responsibilities over 4 years such as originally being a sales
assistant then becoming a shop floor supervisor.

I believe working with people is one of my main strengths, both within and outside an
organisation. Working in a shop, specifically involved in customer services has taught me to
deal with compromising situations such as complaints, refunds, by using my initiative.
Being a Level 1 Netball coach and working in a shop and bar, has taught me to effectively
communicate with people of all ages, remaining respectful and polite at all times.
