When creating an accessory RMA please ensure to inform the customer of the follo
wing :
All accessories must have a POP in the box when they are sent in.
( Note: if accessory came in with the handset we will need a photocopy of phone
POP.)
POP must have:
o Name and address of business
o Date of purchase
o POP should be machine generated.
POP s must be mailed in with accessory, if they do not have the POP go ahead and s
et up the RMA and inform
the BP they have 30 days to mail the product in with the POP included in the box
