since God made the
world. There were
many families in the
world now. But they did
not obey God.

obedeció a
Dios. Noé
amaba a Dios.

Only Noah
obeyed God.
Noah loved
God.
Un día Dios le dijo a
Noé “Debo castigar
a la gente porque no
me obedece. Un
gran diluvio cubrirá
toda la tierra”. Dios
le dijo a Noé que
construyera un gran
bote llamado arca.

One day God told

Noah, “I’m going to
punish the people for
not obeying Me. A
great flood will cover
the whole world.”
God told Noah to
build a big boat
called an ark.
Dios dijo a Noé
“Lleva dos
animales de cada
especie al arca.
Entra el arca con tu
familia y Yo cerrare
la puerta”. Noé
obedeció a Dios.

God told Noah,

“Bring two of each
kind of animal on
board the ark. Then
board the ark with
your family and I
will close the door.”
Noah obeyed God.
Muy pronto comenzó a llover. ¡Llovió por más que un mes! ¡El agua
cubrió todo!
Soon it began to rain. It rained for more than a month! Water covered
everything!
Pero Noé y su
familia estaban
seguros. El estaba
muy contento de
haber obedecido a
Dios.

But Noah and his

family were safe.
Noah was so happy
that he had obeyed
God.
Finalmente dejo de llover, pero el agua cubrió toda la tierra. Noé
mando una paloma fuera del área. La paloma regreso con una ramita
en su pico. “Los árboles están creciendo de nuevo,” dijo Noé. “Eso nos
indica que el agua está bajando.”

Finally the rain stopped, but water covered the whole world. Noah sent
out a dove. The dove came back with a branch in its beak. “The trees
are growing again,” said Noah. “That means that the water is going
down”
Después de un
tiempo, Dios le dijo
a Noé “Pueden
ahora salir del arca
y dejar que los
animales también
salgan”. Y así lo
hicieron ellos.

After some time,

God told Noah,
“Now you, your
family and all the
animals can leave
the ark.” And they
did.
