Note :
1) Telephone reimbursement is at actuals, subject to the limits prescribed, on submitting the bills. (Rs.1,800 max. for
landline and Rs.1,000 max. for mobile)
2) # Education allowance ( Rs.500/- per month per child up to the age of 15 ; Rs.750/- per month per child from the age
of 16 to 23 yrs)
3) ## Performance Linked Reward will be payable on the basis of performance and as per Company Policy. Minimum 06 months
service required as on 31st December of each year. PLR will be payable only to those employees who are on the Company rolls & not
serving notice period on the date of disbursement of PLR.
4) You will be covered under the mediclaim Policy for Hospitalization for self, spouse and children.You will also be
covered under the Accident Insurance Scheme.
* You will be eligible for the following allowances if deputed to site on fulfilling the criteria
A) Site Allowance :You would be eligible for Rs.5,000/- p.m., subject to doing site work for continous 3 months.
B) Adhoc Allowance :You will be provided at site either furnished shared or unfurnished accomodation.
Should you opt for own accomodation and if it is unfurnished,you will be eligible to receive an Adhoc-Allowance of
Rs.36000/- p.a. after staying at site for min.one year towards the purchase of basic furniture sets for the house / transport.
* You will be eligible for the following allowances if deputed to site on fulfilling the criteria
Site/Audit Allowance
A) You would be eligible for Rs. 200 per day, subject to doing local audits / surveying for 12 hours and more
B) You would be eligible for Rs. 300 per day, subject to doing outstation audits / surveying.
C) Rs.7/km would be re-imbursed for using personal car for official purpose.
