contains request from the individual to become an associate for carrying out data conversion work. The first
page is the general details regarding your background and basic details. However the associate must read
the detailed terms and conditions, those are in the form of Data Conversion Policy and are binding.
ESource shall take utmost care and shall completely respect your privacy, however in case of any factor
beyond control of ESource like hacking; ESource shall not be responsible for breach of privacy. ESource
further reserves the right to reject any/all proposals received as a result of this form.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

HEADING

topics on which that chapter is based is considered as sub-heading
TABLE
Definition: Table better way to tell a list with row and column. Any text, which is categorized
form table, must be done for this type of text. Table heading must be treated as sub-heading.

NOTICE
1. Data will be only accepted in CD. Write converted data along with image file in new
CD and submit.
2. Work will not be accepted after due date and time due to whatever reason.
3. In case of OUT RIGHT REJECTION work is not checked further.
4. Submission time is up to 5 PM all working days in case of self delivery. Work will not
be accepted after 5PM.
5. Report send to individual is based on randomly checking. For details report Rs.500/-
per computer has to be paid additionally.
6. All correspondence after joining will be done through email/post only.
7. Any request/ correspondence considered accepted only when you receive
acknowledgment.
8. Company is not responsible to provide any software.
9. Cheque will be issued in name of person joined only, in case if any correction
required Rs.100/- will be deducted from payment/ charged.
10. In case if any change in technical specification will be intimated through email or post.

11. Keep back up of work done by you until you receive your work report.
12. Company can give minimum or maximum work as per availability of Data.
13. For cross checking of report fix an appointment, carry your report, guidelines and
backup of data with you. For appointment call at PH. 011-41647431. Appointment
date can vary from 10-15 working days from day of call.
