EFFECTIVNESS OF EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL
INTRODUCTION

For the classification and tabulation of data I have followed a

questionnaire and interview method to collect data from the employees of

IMFA Ltd. This was very much helpful to draw inference. I designed the

questionnaire in such a way that it covers various aspects of the required

subject. The answered questionnaire has been classified according to

different categories and tabulated accordingly.

The questionnaire contains questions in which much information has been

elucidated since an interview method was followed. These questions were

asked to obtain valuable information of the organization.
