Describe your reasons for setting this goal.

Why you’re doing it? - visualise the benefits/results and ensure it’s important to you.

Describe how will this make a difference to your life.

Step 4 - Involve others

Support is always important in achieving goals. A good tennis player will always rely on support from the
coach to get them through the bad times and also recognise when they have done well.

With PPC Worldwide help is always at hand and can help you through the whole of this process. Alterna-
tively you may also wish to:

• Share your goals with others

• Seek supportive people to help you over the next 4 weeks

• Be sensitive to those who might not share your reason for doing it

• Develop even greater ability to work with others

Celebrate success

How will you reward yourself when you succeed in achieving your goal?

Believe you will succeed and you will. A positive attitude is more important than ability. See obstacles as
challenges and be willing to do what others won’t. If your goal is important then take personal responsibil-
ity. Be accountable to yourself, own your actions and don’t blame others.

Most of all take action, have fun and if you achieve your goals then keep on making a difference.

Step 5 - Program

This program is written to help you to achieve your goals over the next two weeks. Choose your actions
from section 3 above and complete the following table. Use the table to record when you have achieved an
action.

My week one goal is: ....................................................................................................................................

At the end of the week take a look at the barriers you faced and think of ways you can overcome these for
the rest of the program.
