enable us to support you as best we can.

DEALER REGISTRATION
Your Human Nature business begins upon registering as a dealer. There are three (3)
registration options to choose from:
Option 1: P499 Lite Pack

Consists of eight (8) fast moving Human Nature products worth P518
Three (3) catalogues
Seven (7) fliers
Option 2: P799 Best Sellers’ Sample Pack

Includes thirteen (13) of the bestselling Human Nature products worth over P981
Ten (10) catalogues
Fifteen (15) fliers
Option 3: P1,999 Full Business Development Pack

Consists of twenty-eight (28) Human Nature products worth over P2,736
Twelve (12) catalogues
Twenty (20) fliers
All dealer registration packs comes with your Dealer ID, training for career development
and an optional visit to a Gawad Kalinga Village.
The sample packs, except for the Full Business Development Pack, is meant to function as
product testers so your customers can experience first-hand the high quality of the
products and be amazed at the affordable prices! Research has shown that the majority of
Filipinos purchase a lot of their personal care products based on scent and how the product
feels on their skin. The sample pack is meant to help you, as a new dealer, achieve
momentum as you start out with your Human Nature business. The sample packs are not
meant to be for selling though. The Full Business Development Pack will give you all these

The Full Business Development (FBD) Pack is a registration option to help new dealers like you to

DEALER EARNINGS STRUCTURE (Effective January 15, 2011)
As you register, you will be known as a Human Nature Dealer. As such, your starting discount is
at 25% and can go up to as high as 30% depending on your purchase volumes per month. As you
sell more products and recruit more dealers, you will rise through the ranks earning higher discounts
and more commission. The level you reach and the amount you earn depends on how much you
are able to sell the products and how often you are able to share the earning opportunity with others
who later on register as dealers themselves.

immediately on the succeeding month. Changes normally take effect from the 5 of the following month. Back orders are
not included in calculating sales figures. Sales figures are considered net of returns.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
There are two ways of earning:
1. From Personal Discounts

As you purchase products from Human Nature using your personal discounts and selling the
products to your customers at the Standard Retail Price (SRP), you will keep the profit.
2. From Commissions on Group Purchases

As you recruit people who sign up to be dealers under you, you will also earn a commission
from their sales. Always remember that you earn commission from the purchases of your
recruits and not from merely recruiting, so it is important for you to monitor your recruits
and motivate them to replicate your efforts of selling the product and sharing the business
to their own networks. Computation of group purchases excludes your own purchases.

DEALER TOOLS OF TRADE
There are three very important things that you should always have on hand as a Human Nature
dealer: Product Catalogues, Product Samples, Prospecting Fliers. All of these have already
been included in your registration fee.
There are other tools of trade that you can opt to purchase from Human Nature:
1. Extra Product Catalogues at Php6.00 each
2. Extra Prospecting Fliers at Php1.00 each
3. Human Nature Tarpaulins: Small (1.5ft x 3ft) at Php100 each
4. Human Nature Tote Bag to carry your testers and selling items around

B) Payment
If ordering directly from Head Office, orders need to be paid in full prior to delivery through any
of the following payment methods:

For payment through Metro Manila and provincial branches, please contact the branch directly.
Once we have established a relationship with you after several orders, you may request credit,
wherein we can ship goods to you and you can pay within 5 working days. All credit requests
are subject to approval.
C) Order Pick-up OR Delivery
For orders with head office below PhP3,000, enjoy the liberty of being able to personally pick
your orders in our beautifully designed, natural supermarket. For orders over P3,000, you can
call ahead so we can prepare the order for you. In this case, please place your order at least
3-4 hours prior to pick-up. This will help us serve you faster and more efficiently. Last time for
entry and collection is 5:00 pm.
Enjoy a free cup of either brewed or instant coffee with healthy, organic coco sugar while you
shop or while waiting for your orders to be released.
For pick up from branches, please contact the branch directly.
Orders made with head office can also be delivered to you for a minimal fee.
1. Within Metro Manila - P50 delivery fee regardless of order size. Delivery takes 1-2
working days.
2. For outside Metro Manila, please contact the branch in your area. If there is no branch in
your location, you may order from Head Office. Delivery fee varies depending on weight
but begins at P80 for some provinces and P100 for others. Delivery takes 1-5 working
days, depending on location.
Note: Orders made with Head Office have a Php500 minimum order. For branches,
please contact them directly.
D) Returns
Any faulty or less than perfect items will be replaced free of charge, as long as the defect was
our fault. Determination of fault is at our discretion.
Unsold stock can be returned for credit within 30 days as long as it has not been
opened/used and is in perfect condition. There is a P5 restocking fee per item returned.
