1. You are provisionally permitted to appear for Written Test on 16 April 2011 (Saturday) as per schedule given
above.
2. Please affix on this Admit Card the same photograph as submitted with the application form. Get the
photograph attested with seal by Gazetted Officer or Head of the School where you are pursuing your studies.
The Admit Card duly completed is to be produced at the test centre for appearing in the test. Admit Card will be
verified and signed by the invigilator during the test. The Lower Half of the Admit Card will be collected by the
invigilator.
3. You must read the Instructions provided with the Application very carefully.
4. Your candidature for this test is provisional and subject to your fulfilling the prescribed age, educational
qualification and other conditions as specified in the notification subject to detailed scrutiny at later stage.
5. Bring with you two HB pencils, eraser, sharpener, blue or black ball point pen for appearing in the written test.
Do not bring mobile phone, slide rules, calculators, etc.
6. Answers to be marked on the OMR Answer sheet with ball point pen only. Answer once marked cannot be
changed.
7. Traveling and other expenses will be borne by the candidate himself / herself.
8. No request for change of test centre will be entertained.
9. Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature.
