I SCOPE OF WORKS
Scope of Works are based of labor supply & on the given bill of quantities to the subcontractor

as well to the following conditions below :
Scope of works includes Fabrication & Installation Works of Roof Panel, Gutters,Flashings &
2 Accessories as well as any related fabricated parts such as Downspout Strap,
Painting,Brackets for flashing & other accessories necessary for the work until completion.
Power Tools & Hand Tools shall be supplied by the subcontractor in a form of fixing, holing,
excavating, drilling & cutting works necessary for the fabrication and installation until to the
3 completion of the project except only for the Machine & Equipments such as Roll-forming
machine, Uncoiler Machine, Electric Seaming Machine, Cutting and Bending Machine shall be
provided by NMV.
Provision of enough manpower during mobilization & de-mobilization works for the loading &
unloading of materials, machine & equipments as well as the installation of temporary

fabrication area on-site and as to the dismantling and loading during the pull-out time as
schedule.
5 Provision of Site Engineer who can speak english
4 Subcontractor shall maintain the access way in good condition
Subcontractor shall maintain the dewatering system for site construction activities and

management
Site arrangement for temporary facilities and stock area shall be approved by Kajima prior to
6 proceed. Subcontractor shall be full responsibity to his material and equipment as well as
other properties
Wasting, disposal or removing of material out of shall be the subject to look for Kajima
7
information
Subcontractor shall joint the daily meeting regarding the construction activities and safety
8 matters at site. A construction diary shall be established and kept updating by Subcontractor
during his scopes
Subcontractor shall notify to Kajima all the change of work, site management which related to
9
quality and cost. Suitable reply or feed back from Kajima is the subject to start the work
10 Subcontractor has not been complained of delaying schedule for 3 years recently

II QUALITY
I GENERAL CONDITIONS
All of Subcontractor key staffs at site are legally employed by Subcontractor and they have

been working with Subcontractor at least 3 years especially for indirect members.
Site Manager has been working for 5-10 years in contract field. Subcontractor shall submit the

final site organization chart and members' CV
3 All site offices and site utility facilities shall be Subcontractor's expense
4 Subcontractor shall maintain the access way in good condition

II QUALITY
All site activities shall be strictly followed Project Specification and relevant Vietnam

construction Codes
Subcontractor shall issue QC chart for each work at least 2 weeks prior to start which will be
2
the subject to Kajima approval and control the quality base on it
Subcontractor shall establish the project forms, which are approved by Kajima, to control the
3
quality by inspection and check list for each work

Contract shall issue the Work Method Statement and get approval from Kajima at 2 weeks

prior to start working
Only approved material, which was checked by Kajima at your factory, can be fabricated and
5
deliverred to site
Kajima will accept only approved material at site, all materials which are presented at site by
6 mistake or misunderstanding shall not be used and they are the subject to be removed out of
site with in a day.
Imported or Factory materials shall be checked by Kajima at port or factory prior to deliver to
7
site
Subcontractor shall proceed the ink marking lines for every piece. This work shall be checked
8
by Kajima prior to installation
Subcontractor is not allowed to start the work if the former related work which is involved
9
with opened Site Notice or NCR [Non-Conformity Report]
Subcontractor shall monitor, control and execute the embedded box out/opening base on the
10
drawings which will be given by Kajima

III COST
Subcontractor Quotation is included the shop drawing works for fabrication/lay out and
1 others… as well as
as-built drawings for completion document
All the consumed electric and water fee shall be under Contractor expense. Subcontractor
2
shall include all costs for the extension of construction operation
All the Variation Orders shall be applied with the unit price which is lower at contract price or
3
market price at the moment of VO approval
All the costs of Survey/ Material/ Installation/Supported materials and Commisioning for
4
ensuring product quality shall be under Subcontractor expense as well as All kind of taxes
Subcontractor shall cover all the costs for his employees such as wage, meal, uniform, PPE…
5
as well as insurances which shall be complied to current VietNam Labour Codes
The work quantities shall not be certified if these engaged with NCR [Non-conformity Report]
6
or other instruction related to quality and cost

Interim Payment shall be effected by 45 days as Kajima Payment Procedure with the

approved Invoice which is accepted not later than 10th of month
8 Subcontractor shall cover all costs for Kajima inspector to joint the off site/factory inspection

IV SCHEDULE
1 Unless any instruction from Kajima, Subcontractor shall follow the Project schedule
Subcontractor shall provide and submit to Kajima the schedules such as: weekly, monthly,
2
work master schedule or particular schedule as required
3 Subcontractor shall issue the Material Approval/ Material delivery schedule and keep updating
Inspection and Testing Plan shall be scheduled to Kajima prior to time which are at least 01
4 day for daily on site and 01 week for off site inspection such as port, factory or third party
manufactured location…
Subcontractor has responsibility to submit all information regarding the site delivery activities
5
such as quantity, time of arrival, who control this work….
V HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENT
All the documents related to project such as drawing, method statement, control document
1 and other information shall not be the subject to send to another party unless they are
approved by Kajima
All the mentioned project documents shall be returned to Kajima in official after the work is
2
finished
No recording tools such as camera, video recorder, cell phone with camera, mobile scan
3
machine, sound recorder, PDA…shall be used at site if without approval from Kajima
4 Basically Subday is site day off unless otherwise approved by Kajima
All of site members shall be controlled by ID badges which are made by Subcontractor and
5 approved by Kajima. Subcontractor shall submit worker list with copy of ID Cards to Kajima for
security matter
6 All of site members shall follow Kajima and Subcontractor's site safety regulation/policy
Tool box meeting/ Morning safety meeting for all site members shall be hold by Subcontractor
7
with the witness of Kajima. The time will be based on site working regulation discussion.

All of Subcontractor members shall be trained for safety by Kajima's document and under his

witness
9 Subcontractor shall assign the First Aid service and Basic Medicine in box at site
All of personnel, who wants to enter the site, must be approved by either Kajima or
10
Subcontractor
All of electric/motor tools and equipments shall be checked by Kajima with color stamps.
11 Electric cable must be in good condition with out any connection and attached with industrial
approved sockets
All of Machine catalogues and specification shall be submitted to Kajima for safety approval
12
prior to mobilize to site or operation
13 All of the operators shall be qualified and valid certificates shall be submitted to Kajima
All of the safety signs shall be A3-color printed and indicated at site by Subcontractor as
14
Kajima required
15 Site housekeeping shall be controlled all the time by Subcontractor
16 Subcontractor shall control and reduce noise and vibration at project site
17 Subcontractor shall control and prevent dust/ rubbish pollution at site and around project
Subcontractor shall control and transfer knowledge of good relationship with others to all
18
members
19 All of Subcontractor members shall wear yellow reflective vest at site all the time
Kajima will stop the unsafe work and Subcontractor shall not claim of this reason for delaying
20
schedule

This document will be a part of contract. Any delayed action will be recovered by Kajima and all occurred costs shall be back-charged to
Subcontractor
