Project #01 :

Title : Tetra life insurance

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the project specifications.

• Developed test cases.
• Coordinating the Testing Team to ensure the Quality Software.

• Involving in Investigating and Analyzing Test results

Description:

This application is developed for insurance Company usage. This project contains four
modules like Producers, Underwriters, Administrators and Call Centers. Producers are also
known as Agents, who take the information from the client, such as personal details and medical
details. Underwriter gets the applications from the producer that are pending, declined are
rejected. Underwriter approves the polices that are in pending. Administrator maintenances the
Producer, Underwriter and Callcenter.He can add remove and change the agents, Underwriters
and Call Center agents. Call Center agent’s responsibilities are to handle the queries sent by the
customer.

Description:
Inventory Management System (IMS) is for automating inventory scaling and buffer
management. Consisting of Gatekeeper (GK),Storekeeper (SK) and Request Raising (RR)
modules. Every raw, semi finished and finished comes to the gatekeeper, who is user of our
application, enters the data and Storekeeper maintains the inventory for not falling bellow buffer
level. Production head rises
The request for inventory and Store Keeper process.

Project 3:
Title: Coffee Beans Online
Environment: PHP, SQL server, Manual Testing, QTP, Mantis.
Duration: November 2007 to March 2008
Role: Team Member

Description: Coffee Beans Online facilitates the consumers to purchase products through online.
Coffee Beans Direct, a leading Europe based coffee and tea manufacturing company does
logistics to various merchants and customers all over the globe.
The best thing in promoting this site is that it provides multilingual page setup to make the user
ease in understanding it. It also allows customers to do transactions through payment gateway
and providing shipping address

Responsibilities:
• Prepared and executed Test cases and Test scripts using QTP.
• Performed HTML and CSS validation to improve the performance.
• Bug Tracking and reporting through Mantis.

Project 4:
Title: SPE CRM
Environment: Windows XP, Java, Oracle 9i, Manual Testing, QTP.
Duration: Dec 2006 to Nov 2007.
Description: SPE CRM is software that provides an interface between the customers and the
product company. This mainly includes details of the customers, fresh accounts, leads,
potentials, description of all the customers.

• Bug Tracking and reporting in MS Excel.
• Worked with VSS for configuration Management.

Project 5:
Title: Global Direct
Client: Royal Bank, Canada
Description: The Global Direct is a new system that replaces the current manual process for
performing the banking transactions. This project involves automation of back-office banking
system.
Environment: .NET, SQL server, MS Excel.
Duration: May 2006 to December 2006
