IUBAT has many departments consist of many faculties. They are used to provide their
lecture sheet in hard copy. Students need to copy those sheets. So they have to gather in
the photocopy room and it is not comfortable. If there is a perfect website that contains the
entire faculty’s profile, course information and their course wise lecture it will help the
students to find their information easily.
Objective
Our plan is to make a user friendly interactive website that will help the students to find
out their lesson easily. It will consume their time and they will learn to use web based
application. They also can express their opinions and thoughts through this website. It will
help our faculties to teach in more effective way.
In our website there will be every departments of IUBAT. Every department consists of all
their faculties and staff. Every faculty will have separate profile that will consist of their
courses, lecture and all other information. The faculties will have the right to update their
profiles. Students can download their necessary documents from those profiles. Their will
be a section for students opinion. Here they can upload their ideas.
Project Purpose
Any one will be able to collect their information from this website from anywhere. No
need to go to the sir or anywhere. Thoughts and ideas for improvement can easily be
shared.
We need to know the web page design. The process of making website interactive with the
user.

HR-(Human Resource):
Human resources are a term used to describe the individuals who comprise
the workforce of an organization. Human resources are a relatively modern
management term. Human resources are also the name of the function within
an organization charged with the overall responsibility for implementing
strategies and policies relating to the management of individuals. IUBAT has
various types of human resource. Like- Faculty, Students, Administration,
Stuff etc.
Current technology for inputting the data is now the Microsoft office word.
Sometimes they also use Microsoft office excels. Nothing else then more.
Advancement of Technologies
But now there are many data base software. That is very easy to use and
reliable. We can input, search, delete and update data from the database using
that software.
Scenario
Suppose VC sir need to know the overall information about a teacher. So first
he need to give a message to registry office that, I need information about the
teacher MR. ‘K’. Then the registrar will search the information from his
computer or from some file. But the information is not updated. May be the
mobile number or the address or the email is not valid now. Then he sends it
to VC sir. This process is taking a lot of time. Whether it is web based it will
not happen. But if a student or some other guy wants to know it will take
more time then VC sir. So this is the condition now.

5. Students cannot get extra feature from old system. But in new system
they can download the lecture from the web site as required teacher.
