ответственностью, зарегистрированную в реестре компаний республики Латвия с
уникальным регистрационным номером 40003434089, находящуюся по адресу Латвия,

г.Рига, ул.Маскавас, д.322, в дальнейшем именнуемая как “ЭС-ДИ-АЙ Медиа

Латвия” (SDI Media Latvia), которая со стороны компании представленна управляющим
lgors Djaeenko с индентификационным номером 030879-12786 действующим с одной
стороны и

адресу , в дальнейшем именнуемую как “Переводчик”,
выступающей второй стороной, а вместе или по отдельности именнуемы “Сторона”
или “Стороны” :

collectively or separately referred to as "Party" or "Parties": without any fraudulence, deceit

or coercion and considering that:
 The Parties on 200, have concluded an agreement ― Contract
for work accomplishment and delivery; .
 The Parties on mutual verbal consent have amended the terms of the
abovementioned contract Uses and by concluding this Contract wish to
modify the way all the previously undertaken obligations were formulated;
 The Work assigned by 51)1 Media Latvia to Translator in this context shall
mean the translation of various audiovisual works- including. but not limited
to. the translations of films, TV series, various informative and scientific TV
,
shows (hereinafter ― "Materials for translation"), texts (written, recorded
etc.) from one language to another.
 To complete the work Translator shall use the text of the Material for
translation (written, recorded etc.) that has been submitted in electronic
format in the SDI Media Latvia interactive system (henceforth ― „H'
system"). Translator completes the Work preparing it electronically and
sending to SDI Media Latvia according to the terms of this Contract,
conclude this Contract for work accomplishment and delivery, henceforth "Contract" about
the following:

“Договор”, о следующем:

Предмет договора

1.1. By si ning this Agreement. Translator shall undertake to accomplish the work
assigned by 51)1 Media Latvia with his/her own resources and equipment and to
deliver the work to SDI Media Latvia in compliance with the provisions of the
Agreement, whereas SDI Media Latvia shall undertake to remunerate
Translator considering the amount and procedure stated in
this Agreement.
1.2. By signing this Agreement, Translator guarantees and confirms that he/she has the

lights to enter an a reement of such content and to undertake the obligations
stipulated in it, and that he/she is entitled and authorized without the consent of a
third party to transfer the rights mentioned in clause 2.1.8 of this Contract to SDI
Media Latvia, and that there are no contradictions to the existing laws or
