Topic: Empirical study of customer preferences of web browser towards Internet Explorer, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox in Jalandhar.
Objective:
1. To study preferred web browser using by student and working class of the people in jalandhar.
2. Factor affecting towards choosing of different web browser.
RESERCH METHODOLOGY
THE STUDY
The research study is quantitative research because here we will find out the result regarding the different web browser.
RESEARCH DESIGN
This will be the conclusive research because we will reach at a specific conclusion. this will be done through the proper research methodology, rigorously used sampling plan and
field work and appropriate analytical technique. we will be using the statistical tests, advanced analytical techniques, and larger sample size.
the study is descriptive in nature and with single cross sectional descriptive method the study will be completed. We are doing with one set of sample taken from the target
population and will be done only once.
SAMPLING DESIGN
POPULATION
Population of the research will be all student and working class people of the jalandhar.
The non probability, quota sampling technique will be used to decide the sample element.
PRIMARY DATA
Primary data will be collected from the questioner and we will also try and take depth interview of the top management.
SECONDRY DATA
Secondary data has been collected and will be collected from different research magazines, different website.
The scientific method will be used for the data analysis of the collected data.

FACTOR ANALYSIS
As evident table (looking at the cumulative pct column) we find that the Two factor together account for 63.5% of the total variance (information contained in the original 10 variables) hence we
have reduce the no. Of variables from 10 to 2 underline factors.
Looking at table we see that variables Speed, Navigate, Secure, Look and Capacity to research have loadings of 5.168, 1.183, .741and .698 respectively on factor 1. This suggests that
factor 1 is a combination of these four variables. Table above also suggest the same grouping. Therefore this factor can be interpreted as motivation.
Now, for factor 2 , we see that Downloading, and Connection have a high loading of 0.600 and 0.481respectively, indicating that factor 2 is a combination of these variables. Also table 2
projects the same picture. These variables can be clubbed into a single factor.
