Monitoring traffic management, network planning & functioning/ maintenance of

communications links with maintenance & parameters measurements by use of NMS
for local & remote terminal sites.

Formulating test procedures for system evaluation as well as for bulk production by
-coordinating with customer for infrastructure provisioning like towers, AC room,
inverter supplies, earthing etc.

Quality Assurance

Implementing measures to maintain and meet ISO & defense standards ensuring
compliance with environmental & safety regulations.

Reviewing the operational practices, identifying the areas of obstruction/ quality

failures and advise on system and process changes for qualitative improvement &
conservations.

Operations

Identifying scope for process modifications/ streamlining for enhanced operational

efficiency.

Designing & implementing procurement schedules along with finalisation of material

specifications & fabrication of fixtures required for installation.

Managing activities pertaining to technical support for pre sales presentations.

Overseeing troubleshooting & customer care support services at the field level.

Undertaken a project for installation , commissioning and testing of 2 Ghz , 7 Ghz

DMR for BSNL (HP Telecom Circle) from Aug 1995 to Oct 1997

Worked as a Customer Support incharge at HFCL Solan Plant from Nov 1997 to Mar
2000.

Monitored installation and commissioning of wireless in local loop (corDECT) system

for HFCL infotel ltd. and for other private operaters in year 2000-2001.

Executed projects of installation commissioning and testing of access network (DLC

system) for HFCL Infotel Ltd. in Punjab Circle in the year 2001-2002.

Successfully executed a project of 2 GHz on turnkey basis for Indian army in J & K
circle which includes planning, installation, commissioning and testing of 2Ghz Radio
,its Power Plant and erection of towers and interaction with vendor and client in the
year 2002--2004.

Worked as Manager (Customer support) at HFCL Delhi (2004—2006),

Handled the AMC of STM-1,STM-4 and STM-16 for Delhi MTNL since Oct 2004
onwards.

Handled the AMC of 2GHz Radio system for Army in J&K Circle since Oct 2004

Handled the product support and AMC To Cordect system for BSNL

Handled the product Support for IFWT supplied to M/s BSNL since Nov 2005
onwards.

Managed GSM Projects For Idea Cellular service and for BSNL/ZTE Project under
taken by HFCL in MP & CG Circle from Jan 2007 to 2nd of Jul 2008, having the work
of scope ( Civil works (RTT &GBT Sites), Electrical works , RF Works and PMC .

AMC of 2GHZ Radio system supplied to Indian Army in J&K AND PUNJAB Circle.

Aug’73 to Aug’94 with Indian Air Force in the field of operation and
maintenance of microwave communication systems.
