gadgil institute of co-operative management, nagpur. and presently doing a project
on “study of customer satisfaction level of hero honda motors in nagpur city”. i

This is a study carried out in Nagpur city to understand the various factors which
influence the choice of Hero Honda two wheelers among customers. We wish to
get insights about customer satisfaction level to know your buying and usage
behaviour irrespective of whether you own/use two wheelers presently or not.
