In response to your request we have made a small revision to the records previously released to you. This revision and re-release resulted in the removal of one redaction on page one of the enclosed document. This document has been redacted or withheld pursuant to 5 U.S.C. §552(b) (6), (bb) (7) (C) and (b) (7) (F). Exemption (b) (6) provides for the withholding of personnel and medical files and similar files to preclude a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy surrounding other individuals. Exemption (b) (7) (C) provides for the exclusion of information compiled for law enforcement purposes which could reasonably be expected to constitute and unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Finally, exemption (b) (7) (F) provides for the withholding of records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes which could endanger the lives or physical safety of an individual.
