4. Conclusion
We propose new leakage current compensation
circuits to solve the disadvantage of a conventional
leakage current compensation circuit in an analog
CMOS integrated circuit.
Applying the proposed leakage current compensation
circuits to the voltage reference circuit, the upper limit
