Idea generation:
As our society is following western education system and
adopting modern culture. So it also brings the negative impact on our
society also. We belong to a different culture and our ideology is also
different from modern world (western culture).
So we got an idea that we can have an education institution that
focus both on Islamic ideology and modern education.
This business is an innovative form business of the current education
system.

Here is the description about this business.
This business will b operated in Karachi and in future expansion
will be made on favorable conditions. Currently such kinds of business
are being operated by many groups but we will operate in an
innovated way. An institution having both Islamic and modern
education is difficult to operate but there is a market or peoples who
want to have such schools in Pakistan.
Recently there may institutes which are providing modern
business education so there is tough competition in market. But we
can avail opportunities by having competitive advantage over others
by having an Islamic touch to the business. It is difficult to operate
such kinds of business because our rivals may propagate that we are
leading towards extremism.
We can deal with such kinds of situation by making perception of
peoples that we provide the balanced education of both religion and
modern business.
In this period three are number of people in Pakistan who want to
educate their children by modern business, but due to the environment
in current institutions they are scared to enroll their children. So we
want to build trustworthy instate for those who are interested in having
business education but following Islamic values.
There are chances of having imitation of our strategy by the rival firms,
but we would have built our brand in market so it will not matter a lot.

Technological description:
The most advanced teaching system will be adopted to facilitate the
students. Technology will include computer based education system.
Internet and other technology which support the education will be

Meezan institution is located at main shah-rah Faisal opposite to Laal
Kothi. (Campuses may be expended on suitable times all over
Pakistan.)

We are located in one of the prime location of city centre, which is


easily reachable from any area.
Bus service is also available for those students who are coming from
remote areas from where they cannot get transport easily.

We have neat, clean, spacious and cheap accommodation available


for those students who are coming from other cities.

We have computer equipped library carrying more than enough text


and reference books with sufficient seats and well disciplined study
atmosphere.

Our class rooms are very well equipped with projectors and lighting
system etc

We have very neat and hygienic canteen as well as mess room for
hostel and regular students.

We have separate gym for girls and boys to polish their sportive skills
along with the studies.

We have spacious prayer rooms for boys/girls

Promotion:
As there are many modes of promotion but we are focusing on the
following types of marketing.

1. We are going at different colleges at intermediate level to guide


them about future because students at this level lack guidance
about their future. We facilitate them to explore their field of
interest and analyze their selves. So in this way we can make our
future customers because these students will prefer us at time
when they get grow to take admission in higher classes.

2. We also want to participate in different co. curricular activities


like sports and debates at national level.

3. We want to support any social cause like awareness campaigns


about health and economical issues in public, so in this way we
can make our strong relationship in the region

4. As we cant deny the fact that power of media is enough to make


perception of customer so also media advertisement will be
made. That will include television internet and also print media
5. 2 students from a single family 1 of them will be free to study.

6. For promotion we are doing many co. curricular activities like


debate, cultural shows, Islamic conferences, teacher’s day,
sports day, and many other creative and thought provoking
activities to explore talent of the student

Pricing:
In each semester it is planned to allocate maximum 5 courses to all students.
And fee will be charge as upon per course.
Per courses fee will be 9000 and each course will be of 3 credit hours
.
Operation plan;
It is estimated that there will be 3 badges every year and in one semester 100
students will be admitted. So we need 30 faculty members per year. As in one
semester 2 classes each of 50 students and 5 subjects each class. So 10 faculty
member for a badge, so for 3 semesters ….10*3= 30
