Description:
Walvoil is a leading global manufacturer of hydraulic valves and complete
mechatronic systems designed for mobile equipment, agricultural machines, industrial vehicles,
construction and earth moving machines, lifting and transport equipment. At Walvoil we have
been projecting the future of motion for over thirty years, by developing and realizing an
integrated offer of hydraulic and electronic products and systems, all custom-tailored and
specifically tested for each different application.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Developed an Interactive report that list out all the materials for a given plant. Secondary
List contains Vendor who supplies the chosen material.
 Created a report for Purchase Requisition & Purchase Orders
 Developed Spare parts consumption report
 Developed gate entry report
 Report to maintain last and next start dates in level design
 Vendor’s Cash Discount Taken and Not taken report
 Implementing a BDC program to migrate Vendor master data from legacy system to SAP
R/3 database .The data was uploaded using transaction code XK01 and XK02.

 Developed a script to display New Invoice Format for a Specific Company Code.

Client : The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company

Description:
Looking back, the founding of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in 1898
seems especially remarkable, for the beginning was anything but auspicious. The 38-year-old
founder, Frank A. Sobering, purchased the company’s first plant with a $3,500 down payment --
using money he borrowed from a brother-in-law Lucius C. Miles. The rubber and cotton that
were the lifeblood of the industry had to be transported from halfway around the world, to a
landlocked town that had only limited rail transportation. Even the man the company’s name
memorialized, Charles Goodyear, had died penniless 30 years earlier despite his discovery of
vulcanization after a long and courageous search.

 Created a report based on the details of daily purchases made by company in a specific
format
 Developed purchase Requisition Analysis Report
 Material Master Conversion Interface transferred the legacy system material data to SAP
through MM01 transaction (Basic view, sales view, purchase view, Plant/Storage
location and Warehouse views).
 Vendor master upload using LSMW through Batch Input Method
 Modified standard layout set MEDRUCK to get the company header and logo, supplier
address, delivery address, total purchase order value.
