Consultancies for getting and validating CVs, Taking Interviews etc.
• Handling all joining formalities.
• Maintaining Attendance, leave records, salary preparation of all employees of
corporate office & all sites.

Payroll Management
Preparing input from the HR department into a payroll software of Salary which contains
such items, i.e. Joining date, preparing salary structure(incl. PF & ESI), Details of
increment & Confirmation, Details of Bonus due for the month, Resignation details which
contains shortfall of notice period given, Attendance Details, Leave chart. Provide the
information to the Acct dept. for salary processing

Leave management
Maintain the daily, hourly attendance report, conducting the leave management and
maintaining leave report. Looking-after payroll management as per the attendance and
leave records of employees.
Interviews & Recruitment Process
Manpower planning and recruitment for all levels and functions in the organization,
Managing the complete recruitment life cycle. Identifying manpower requirements.
Understanding the complete job descriptions and job specifications for various roles being
received from the HOD’s, Processing & compiling the approved manpower requisition, by
screening and lining up suitable candidates for interview in coordination with HOD’s by
Various Recruiting Techniques. Cross checking the screened profiles and HR round of
interviews of the candidates through phone or Personal Interview then to map the
suitability of the profiles as per the requirements of different departments.
Induction process
Induction process for the new employees to the concern department, and providing offer
letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters after joining & completion of probation
period.
Employee Relations
Handled all kinds of employees queries and complaints, confirmation appraisals of
employees, and feedback sessions with managers to know the performance of the group,
keeping track of employees. Activities in terms of confirmation, promotion, transfer and
their separation. Updating the employee’s from time to time about the company policies if
any changes.
Performance Appraisal
Coordinating with all department heads and rating the employees, Participate in employee
coaching and feedback on performance. Implementing and executing the entire Appraisal
Process, with periodical appraisal of employees by filling up of the Appraisal Forms,
Evaluating the Performance and communicating the relevant information’s to various
department’s person concerned to solve, Promotion, Increment and Reward decision on the
basis of employee performance.
Exit Formality
Conducting the Exit Interview and Implementing along with executing the Exit Formalities,
processing for final settlement.
