Palm Springs, CA, April 25, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Patriot Enterprise Project, Inc., (PEP) announced the
opening of its national military veteran's business ownership initiatives with a 1,000 iPAD2s Giveaway.
The innovative non-profit donation program will accelerate legislation and veteran advocacy initiatives to
help quickly establish self-sustaining careers for more than 100,000 Gulf War veterans.

Today, more than one million Gulf War veterans are unemployed. The unemployment rate for 18-24 year
old veterans is three times the national average, and it's going up. Many jobless veterans end up homeless
and hopeless, a situation that's costing American taxpayers $billions every year.

On April 12th, President Obama, Vice President Biden, First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden
introduced the “Joining Forces” initiative that challenged America to do more than simply say “thank
you” to our troops, and to step up with real programs.

PEP's proposed GI Bill legislation is ground-breaking. The new GI Bill and its small business ownership
programs for veterans and service-disabled veterans are two of the America's most formidable responses
to First Lady Obama's and Dr. Biden's “Joining Forces” challenge. The organization's mission is to create
solid career opportunities for America's unemployed veterans, and it's asking one million Americans to
get behind the campaign.

PEP's series of 1,000 iPAD2 Sweepstakes begins on April 24, 2011, and will run back-to-back through
December 2012. All funds are immediately directed to the organization's new GI Bill for veteran small
business ownership, and programs that help veterans go quickly from battlefield-to-business ownership.
It's putting 10s of thousands of America's most deserving families on the path to financial security.

The “Vet Biz GI Bill,” supported by the American Legion of CA, National Veteran Business Owners
Association and other veteran service organizations, was drafted by service disabled veteran and PEP
CEO, Andy Gibbs.

Once passed by Congress and enacted by President Obama, the non-partisan bill would direct over $150
billion to the creation of more than 70,000 new veteran-owned businesses, and indirectly, an estimated
300,000 new jobs. The bill is revenue-neutral, adding no new taxpayer cost.

One Sweepstakes winner will be drawn each time just 2,000 entries are received. Immediately after one

winner is drawn, the next 2,000-entry Sweepstakes starts. There will be 1,000 winners of new iPAD2s,
but the real winners are America's veterans.

Gibbs says “When America has one million unemployed veterans, programs that put even 1,000 veterans
into new jobs are too-little, too late. Our 1,000 iPAD2s Giveaway funds programs that will change the
lives of over 100,000 veterans and families.”

It's not about iPAD2s or the politics of war. It's about creating real and immediate opportunities for
America's veterans and families and the Patriot Enterprise Project has stepped out with a very big
donation program built around Apple's iPAD2s.

Of course, a donation is not required to enter, but PEP is hoping that those who “supports the troops,”
will donate to PEP's “boots on the ground” programs.

PEP is also challenging its website visitors to create another record - send one million letters to urge
Congress to immediately introduce and pass the urgently needed new GI Bill. Generating and sending a
letter through PEP's website takes only two minutes. Each letter represents one currently unemployed US
veteran.
